They are treated with utmost respect actually. Hispanics, Asians, Indians and Mixed Whites are treated like any other person. Black Americans are actually viewed by some like they are suffering from the same discrimination as Muslims so they are well respected. I'm really not sure where exactly those 'horrible experiences' are from. There are MILLIONS of Americans, Europeans, and Asians living in UAE's cities who are absolutely enjoying it.
