LOL! James Comey has been a Clinton crony for 16+ years. He's NEVER going to use felony & Clinton in the same sentence.

Comey helped cover up the bribes paid to Bill Clinton to pardon sanctions buster Marc Rich in January 2001 (see Pardongate). Marc Rich illegally circumvented U.S. sanctions and traded Iranian oil from Switzerland.

Comey also worked for Establishment money launderer HSBC (laundering cash for the CIA, drugs cartels & terrorist funding by Gulf states).

Comey also made a few $m's by lawyering for Lockheed Martin. He is completely embedded in the MIC/Banking consortium that owns and runs America and bribes American politicians.

Comey undeniably proved Hillary Clinton was guilty of multiple felonies via her private email server in a 20 minute statement on live National TV in July 2016.

Comey lied and invented that "intent" was required to find her guilty in a Court of Law. No such requirement is stated in either the Mishandling of Classified information laws or the Espionage Act.

James Comey specifically said in July 2016 "108 emails in 52 email chains contained classified information at the time they were sent or received".

Either you are under informed or you are deliberately lying. Please go ahead and clarify which one of these options applies. A quick google search will confirm the veracity of my statements.

Comey specifically said that 108 emails in 52 email chains contained classified material at the time they were sent or received.

He also said that some of these emails contained classified information of the highest security classification SAP (Special Access Programs).

He also said that Hillary committed a felony by not turning over thousands of her emails to the State Department after she left office.

Others have reported that emails sent by Hillary over an insecure unauthorized channel (her private email server) contained the unredacted names of covert CIA agents or assets, thus putting those people's lives in danger. This is also a felony.

How do you know? Have you read them? I haven't read them because they haven't been released to the public.

The whole point of the article is that unknown government officials who claim to know what the memos contain are alleging that 4 of the 7 memos contain classified information and if that is true, Comey committed a felony by leaking the memos to his friend and the NY Times.

Which part of the headline do you disagree with?

Comey spent 20 minutes in July of last year on live TV, explaining that Hillary Clinton had numerous emails on her private server with classified info. Thus committing multiple felonies. Some of them had the top security classification of SAP.

Comey invented the intent clause. There is no requirement in the relevant law to prove intent.

The Op-Ed article states that Comey could be in trouble because his memos on his Trump conversations are alleged to contain classified information.

It is not clear whether where Comey stored his memos was illegal or not, but giving documents containing classified info to his friend to leak to the New York Times is definitely a felony. I believe the maximum penalty is 5 or 10 years in jail.
