They're basically taking Regal at his word. You can't sanction a match when one guy isn't even on the payroll, but Regal is a good commish so they trust him to uphold the agreed upon consequences.

Lmao so you're arguing that LeBron caused Mike Brown to be fired, while playing for the Heat, while the playoffs were still going on? Surely you realize what a ludicrous leap in logic that is. And so I guess that would make David Blatt "LeBron's guy" since he was hired after Brown? Even though Blatt had never played or coached in the NBA and Brown had been LeBron's coach for half his career? And Katz also denied that he ever said LeBron wanted him fired.

What history? LeBron has played for two coaches that got fired, Paul Silas and Blatt. Mike Brown was never fired, and that Spoelstra story was completely denied by both Riley and the guy who allegedly said it in the first place.

Honestly idk about Masai, his moves this year were really solid but not all that flashy - re-signing our big name FAs, drafting OG, signing Miles. Most of the moves that made this team what it is happened last year - trading for Ibaka, drafting Poeltl and Siakam, signing FVV.

I think Ainge is the #1 by a pretty huge margin (Kyrie, Hayward, Tatum trade, plus some underrated pickups like Semi, Theis, Baynes), with Morey (CP3, Tucker, Mbah a Moute, Gerald Green, Joe Johnson) as the runner-up.

It's definitely not just hindsight. True, nobody thought that Kerr would do what he did. But there's a reason Jackson got fired in spite of his team success. He was known to not be a good X's and O's coach, and he was alienating the front office in a huge way. Most people (especially Warriors fans) agreed that firing him was the right move.

I assume you're getting downvoted because of your flair but it's true. Dwight went from averaging 20.6 PPG on 62% shooting to 15.4 points on 49% shooting. He was taking the same number of shots/game but scoring 5 fewer points. That's a pretty huge drop-off.

Bryan has been threatening to leave pretty much since he retired. Being around Wrestlemania is definitely convenient but it could be he decided to try to get cleared because it was Wrestlemania. I feel like if he had been cleared for months and they wanted to build a Mania match for him they could have done it better.
