About my libraryI own what is listed in "My Library".
For every book in my library, were weighed against other books which had I have had to cull on account of their purchase-price at the cash register, other books that, were I some fortunate and carefree inhabitant of an land in which books were free to all men, I would not only collect jealously, in blissful utopian ignorance of the bitter realities of my very worldly prudence, but many other books besides them. I would own a second editions of each book, one clean and one for footnotes.
My library leans a little strongly towards topics in the humanities.
"Haec studia adolescentiam alunt, senectutem oblectant, secundas res ornant, adversis perfugium ac solacium praebent, delectant domi, non impediunt foris, pernoctant nobiscum, peregrinantur, rusticantur."
