Hi guys! I am at a stage where I want to get a Jomsocial Mobile App for my website, but I've come across a lot of bad reviews and I know there is no 100% reliable mobile app for JomSocial at the moment. I still believe there is someone out there that can help me with this. If anyone have some experience on this or know where to start. Please let me know - feeling happy

The best course of action now would be a custom development. 
We looked into some offers from various third-party developers we could partner with to bring the mobile apps but there is one major drawback to it. 
It is simply impossible to create one app that will fit them all.

Every web site is different, with different set of extensions installed. Creating an app for just one component on your website (JomSocial) and then neglecting all other content wouldn't be particularly entertaining for your website users.
Imagine you have a third-party component which writes into the stream. Once the web user creates such stream, what will happen when mobile user sees it? Open a browser and go to a website... nope.. we don't do that.. 
Cripple that functionality so it doesn't show on mobile?? Well, maybe, but that's just one. I can come up with hundred similar examples.

So, although the mobile app is one of the most commonly requested feature, and even the top request on our user voice, i don't think we will create one anytime soon, so feel free to hire a dev which will create unique apps, for your unique website.

Hi all! I bought the standard version of jomsocial and ii looks kind of silly that in those "boxes" which photos and videos etc. will shown is written JS Photos, JS videos ... Is it becaus of the standard version? Do i need to update Professional to get "latest pictures" "latest videos" etc ...

You just have to go to a module manager of the your joomla site and change the titles of those modules

What happened to the JS Top Members module? It used to have an option to show only all time total points, but now it only shows recent activity with no option to show it the old way?

Is there a way (or a component that anyone knows of) that would work in a similar way to the the "No Licence" and "JS Active" badge here. I'd quite like to have something like a Twitter Verified tick for users who are genuine and known. I guess a work around would be the "featured" user function, but that's a bit clunky.
