For educators. We offer educators meaningful opportunities to expand and deepen their teaching practice. Our support helps teachers intentionally design havruta learning experiences, build students’ critical thinking skills, and deepen students’ social-emotional capacities. PoP’s educator programs include individualized coaching, national institutes, and webinar series.

For leadership. We work with school leaders to tailor the PoP framework to meet the goals they have for their schools. Additionally, school leaders working with PoP expand their own instructional leadership toolbox while supporting their educators to implement and extend PoP practices in the classroom. 

PoP tools. PoP produces a wide array of teaching resources for educators. These include PoP warm-ups, protocols, language tools, lessons, and assessments. Our tools and resources are ready to be used in Judaic Studies and General Studies classrooms.

PoP Institutes

  • PoP Introductory Institute, June 23-25, 2025 (Online).  Our introductory institute is a transformative professional development opportunity for Jewish and General Studies teachers at all grade levels. 
  • Experienced PoP Educators Institute, August 4-5, 2025 (Online). This institute is designed for returning educators with one or more years of experience with PoP to deepen their PoP practices.
     
  • PoP Leaders & Coaches Institute, TBD 2025. (Online). We gather school leaders from around the country to strengthen instructional leadership skills through a PoP framework and learn together with our PoP coaches. 

One-on-one coaching for educators and school leaders

Our expert coaches provide individualized support for educators and school leaders to implement PoP. Coaches and coachees meet monthly for co-planning, analysis of classroom video, and reflection; coaches support their educators in using PoP tools to deeply impact student learning.
