Returns & Cancellations

We sincerely hope you enjoy your eShakti item, but we understand that sometimes customers change their minds. Please read our newly updated policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes, cancellations, or returns.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email.

You can reach us at [email protected]. In most cases, we’ll need to cancel your original order and place a new one.

Returns Policy

If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's why eShakti offers you a hassle-free returns policy.

We gladly accept returns of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 30 days from the date of order delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).

You may select one of two ways to receive your refund:

  • A refund of the item purchase price, made in the original form of payment.
  • –OR–
  • An eShakti Gift Card – this is store credit for the following: the item purchase price, any relevant customization fee, and the shipping fee associated with the returned item(s)

For returns made between 31 and 60 days from the date of order delivery, you will be eligible for a refund of the item purchase price in the form of an eShakti Gift Card (valid for one year). Please note, we do not accept returns for garments beyond 60 days from the date of order delivery.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your garment(s), please return your item(s) and place a new order & feel free to mention any changes that we should take into account from your previous order.

Preparing your return

Preparing your return – Please initiate your returns online through the following steps::

  • Sign in to www.eshakti.com and go to "My Account"
  • Under "Order History," for the order you'd like to return, click on "RETURN DETAILS" to submit a "Return Authorization Request"
  • Let us know via this request why you’re not satisfied, so that we can serve you better in the future
  • Print out the request and include it in your return package
Packing & shipping your return

For USA

Here’s how to prepare your return items for shipping back to us:

Pre-paid Returns Labels for Returns in the United States
  • For returns in the US, fill in your name and address on the pre-paid label included with your original order and affix it on the top of the box. Remove or strike out any other mailing address information from previous uses of the same box.
  • Seal your package securely and leave it for your USPS postal carrier, OR take it to your nearest USPS post office, OR to your nearest UPS Store. Choose whatever option is most convenient for you! While insurance is not necessary, eShakti will not be responsible for lost returns or misplaced items that do not reach us.
  • Please note that if the pre-paid label is not used, we will be unable to reimburse alternate returns shipping methods.
  • - If you are unable to print the Return Authorization Request, please write the following information from the Returns Authorization Request screen on a sheet of paper and include that in your returns package:
    - Return Authorization Request # ____________
    - Order ID: _____________

For Canada

If you are in Canada or prefer to use a different shipping method, returns should be addressed to:

Refund Policy

On receipt of returned orders that meet the above return requirements, based on your selection, eShakti will either:

  • Refund you the purchase price of your returned item(s) in the original form of payment
  • –OR–
  • Provide you with an eShakti Gift Card for the following: the purchase price of your returned item(s), any relevant customization fee, and the shipping fee associated with the returned item(s)

We will process your refund within 7 business days from the date of receipt of your returns at our facility. Please note that depending on your credit or debit card company, it may take additional days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Please note that if you choose to receive your refund via the original form of payment, you will not be reimbursed for any customization fees or original shipping and handling fees.

Gift Card: For orders purchased with a Gift Card, your refund will be applied to the same Gift Card or a new Gift Card will be issued. Returned items purchased with a Gift Card are not eligible for a cash refund.

Overstock or Special Offer Products: Return of Overstock or Special Offer products will only be refunded in the form of a Gift Card valid for one year. Please note, shipping costs incurred for Overstock or Special Offer products will not be refunded

Canada Returns: For returns from Canada, any customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
