Privilege Clubs

As you know we started the Privilege Club Program during April 2016. We have since done a review for the period April-September 2016 and created a simple automated process going forward that assigns membership to the various clubs. You can now readily see your shopping history in your My Account page and relate it to the Club membership. The shopping history will be reviewed every 6 months (Review Period) and any movement in your membership status will be intimated to you.

The current norms are:

Annualized Total Order Value of $1000 and above during the Review Period.

Annualized Total Order Value of $750 - $1000 during the Review Period.

Annualised Total Order Value of $550 - $750 during the last Review Period.

The privileges will vary weekly, fortnightly or monthly and eShakti will announce it appropriately via email and will also have the My Account page updated. The nature of the privileges will of course vary also by the club.

Conditions:

1. A customer can have only one customer id. Anyone with multiple customer ids will not be eligible to be a member of the Privilege Club.
2. Notwithstanding anything else said elsewhere, conditions governing the membership of the Privilege Clubs can be changed by eShakti without any notice, and at its sole discretion.
3. Notwithstanding the norms mentioned herein, invitation to the Privilege Club is a privilege accorded by eShakti at its sole discretion and is not an obligation of eShakti.
4. Members can write to PrivilegeClubs@eshakticom opting out of the Privilege Club. If they don't opt out, it is taken as agreement by them to the conditions herein.
