Commentaires : PDF-XChange me permet de modifier rapidement des documents PDF sans interrompre mon flux de travail.
Il s'agit du programme standard que j'encourage les autres à utiliser. Ma femme est enseignante et je lui ai montré comment cela pouvait aider dans sa classe. C'est un excellent programme solide.

Avantages :

Il me donne toutes les fonctions nécessaires dont j'ai besoin, réorganiser, supprimer, ajouter des pages. Je peux ajouter des mémos, des mots de passe tout ce qui est nécessaire. Je n'ai pas encore utilisé toutes les possibilités (comme l'ajout de signatures, d'arrière-plans, ...) mais je sais que je n'ai pas besoin d'autre logiciel pour mes besoins en pdf. La possibilité d'utiliser des signatures .PNG pour insérer une signature qui n'efface pas le texte qui se trouve en dessous. La possibilité d'insérer et d'extraire des pages ou de combiner des PDF séparés en un seul. J'aime la possibilité d'inclure des polices pour que ma page s'affiche correctement sur tous les ordinateurs et la possibilité (PRO) d'insérer des liens en direct.

Inconvénients :

Parfois, il est difficile de trouver la fonctionnalité que vous recherchez car il y en a tellement.

Avantages :

Édition et marquage du pdf, étant un compte agréé, nous utilisons beaucoup de PDF, donc lors de la création des PDF, nous devons mettre en évidence certains points, marquer quelques choses et éditer certaines choses pour une meilleure explication, nous avons donc utilisé différentes applications , mais PDF- Xchange Editor était le meilleur parmi tous ceux-ci, et une autre utilisation de celui-ci est que nous fusionnons divers pdf afin que l'application le fasse pour nous, nous n'avons donc pas besoin d'aller en ligne joindre les documents, les fusionner et puis encore télécharger, mais cette application nous a rendu la tâche si facile, en le faisant hors ligne, sans aucun mal de tête de téléchargement et de téléchargement.

Inconvénients :

Rien, seulement pour utiliser une certaine fonction qui n'est pas disponible sur la version gratuite, donc nous devons opter pour la version premium, qui est trop coûteuse, mais heureusement, mon organisation a pris la version premium, donc j'avais utilisé toutes les fonctions de celui-ci.

La barre d'outils pourrait être à développer pour utiliser le Java

Commentaires : J'ai beaucoup apprécier ce logiciel car il m'as permis de convertir des documents clients en PDF ou même de les éditer, rapidement et soigneusement, c'est un excellent logiciel pour gérer les documents administratif.

Avantages :

Il permet d'éditer des fichiers en PDF pour les clients mais aussi de convertir des fichiers, le format PDF est très utile car il protège les documents.

Inconvénients :

Parfois des messages d'erreurs sont apparu lors de la conversion d'un des fichiers en PDF mais cela est arrivé très rarement.

Avantages :

Facile à utiliser, permet la conversion des documents sous plusieurs autres formats en pdf et permet même la traduction de document sans perdre la mise en forme

Inconvénients :

Pas de plainte à exprimer jusqu'ici, je n'ai pas encore explorez toutes ses fonctionnalités

Le logiciel est facile et simple à utiliser

Je n'ai pas d'aspect négatif à faire remarquer.

Don't see myself ever going back to Adobe Acrobat

Commentaires : It sounds corny, but I now look forward to working with PDF files. The software has worked flawlessly. With it, I get my work done quickly and easily. As I said, for some reason, the work (at least, this part of my work) almost seems fun when using PDF-XChange.

Avantages :

Like most folks, I frequently need to view PDF files as this is how most documentation is deployed. On top of that, I also need to print out Microsoft Word documents and combine the files together into user manuals, as well as edit them. This software lets me do all of that and more. Even though PDF software might have the features you need, I want them to be intuitive. It's frustrating to spend a lot of time hunting and searching for what you need. PDF-XChange has done a pretty good job making it easy to accomplish what you set out to do. Finally, I guess that I am a "power-user". I get annoyed when I cannot customize the user interface so that just the tools I want are quickly available. For PDF software, this becomes even more important because I want to be able to easily configure the screen layout for reading different types of documents -- and the navigation tools have to be convenient and intuitive as it seems I'm rarely reading sequentially through the pages like a novel. I'm happy to say that PDF-XChange allowed me to customize the user interface with an extremely high degree of flexibility. It seems to let you configure almost anything - but, I didn't find that it was too difficult to figure out. Overall, I can't speak too highly of their software.

Inconvénients :

I'm struggling to find a fault with the software. Thus far, I haven't found a feature that's disappointed me. Oh, I know one, it would be great if they offered a version for the Mac OS!

It is always easy to read and edit files on this software. I use it for huge files requiring virtual printing. I can confess that it is the best tool in my list already. The tool is easy to use even for newbies. Annotations is a great feature for me. I find PDF-XChange very appropriate. It is cost effective too.

Yet to experience anything negative. It is the best solution for PDF management.

Competent alternative to Adobe Acrobat

Commentaires : Accessible tools for use in pdf documents, life has been made easy when it comes to productivity capabilities of pdf-xchange. This product was made with the daily pdf document user in mind considering all the features at the user's disposal

The ability to extract pages from a document is most impactful in my view and I have found it to be more useful for my use cases. Secondly, PDF-Xchange has a lot of features and tools to work with on a pdf document. Its also easy to use and offers a free version with all the basic tools

Inconvénients :

The UI can be improved. There just isn't an appetizing document viewer despite all the editing tools in the menu

Besy PDF reader and editor

Commentaires : I am very comfortable to use the reader due to its functionality. I believe it will keep evolving for days to come.

Avantages :

I can do every possible thing I may expect from a PDF editor. For instance, I can edit, change, sign, and convert.

Inconvénients :

It is quite expensive. It needs to add some more features like a tick mark, etc.

A very good PDF reader and editor

Commentaires : I have been using PDF-XChange Editor for years and this software has met my needs well. I started using the free version and, realizing the advantages of the full version, got the license. It is even possible to do some tasks with other free software, which I have come to see, but with PDF-XChange is much faster and practical. It really is software I recommend.

pdf Exchange - better than Acrobat?

Commentaires : I love this software and switched from Acrobat. I found Acrobat had "dumbed down" the interface so much i was continually looking through menus to find a function. Not to mention the outrageous cost of Adobe products in general.

Avantages :

It is very powerful and customizable. Improves workflow

Inconvénients :

Some powerful features are hard to find and implement. Also the default setup/ interface didnt suit me but if you go into settings its possible to have it start and operate exactly to your preferences.

Commentaires : I appreciate having this tool because it always comes in handy when I need to edit my PDFs, it has been nothing but a pleasant experience for me.

Avantages :

This software is simple, user-friendly and extremely cost effective which is super convenient for all that it does. I am able to edit PDFs quickly and without any hassles, and that's all I ask for.

Inconvénients :

I have no cons to add about this software, I found it to be quite indispensable, I can't see why any business wouldn't want to try it out at least to see how much of an asset it really is. One thing you should note though, the free version does have a watermark enabled on it.

PDF-XChange Editor - Lightweight, full-featured PDF Viewer

Avantages :

PDF-XChange Editor has nearly all of the features needed for viewing and commenting on PDF documents in its free version. It runs with much fewer system resource needs than other viewers that I have tried for the same level of features. The focus is on the document content instead of the application.

Inconvénients :

DRM secured documents do not always work in the free version and not sure if they are supported better in the licensed version. Plugins are supported and typically work.

Best Value for Powerful PDF Program

Commentaires : This is the standard program I encourage others to use. My wife is a teacher, and I've shown her how this can help in her classroom. It's a great, solid program.

The price-point is good; it's not stupidly expensive. It's crazy easy to use. It does so many of the regular things we need: add, delete, or rearrange pages; add text, notes, highlights, etc.; add stamps to one or all pages; rotate; convert to JPG; extract text; snip image; pixel calculations...

It's not free, but then neither are my services.

Great alternative to other high priced products to manipulate PDF's

Commentaires : We use PDF-XChange throughout our organization in various departments and rarely have any issues at all. We have never had to call tech support for assistance and users pickup functionality with minimal effort. Product has saved our staff 100's of hours manipulating and organizing PDF documents.

Avantages :

The ability to quickly manipulate existing PDF's or simply create a new one from scratch was amazing. We work with thousands of in-house PDF's that are always being modified, therefor ease of use was a major requirement. Did I forgot the mention the price is 1/3 of what some of it's major competitors are charging. A commonly not used gem of a feature is the ability to shared PDF's in a library format so same PDF's are not getting overridden, therefor highly suggest using this feature if in multi users environment.

Inconvénients :

Creating form fields can be a little complex, but to that fact, i have not found any software that does an exceptional job of this other than Adobe Pro's auto create form fields function.

Simply the Greatest of All Time (GOAT) PDF Editor

Commentaires : It's a great software app - superior to even Kofax Power PDF Advanced v5 (as at April 2023). While I use this app 90% of the time, and 10% use Kofax Power PDF Advanced v5 for automatic creation of Fillable Forms, my goal, and hope is to switch over to this app 100% - hoping the features mentioned in Cons can be addressed.Overall : Simply the GOAT Pdf editor!

(this feature is called FormTyper in Kofax PDF Advanced v5).Currently, it's a pain to create a fillable form in a file with 20+ pages because you have to add form components manually - as a result, I have to use Kofax PDF Advanced v5 to automatically create forms using FormTyper, then do the fine-tuning with PDF Xchange Pro to achieve what I need.WATCH FOLDER:The app has Tools as an additional app - which works 100% for additional tasks such as the bulk conversion of files to OCR. However, this feature needs user intervention in that, you have to click a button. Commentaires : Am stuck into using PDF-XChange. Everything about it is likable and productive. I can't stop using it.

Avantages :

If you have experienced delays in PDF handling be it creating, editing, annotating and signing of PDF files, then you have not tried PDF-XChange tool. It handles things professionally and the results is presentable. I have enjoyed documents conversion and printing at hand for the longest time now.

Inconvénients :

Don't look for flaws. PDF-XChange is perfect. Nothing is challenging about it. It is the best solution.
