Dootloop FTW!

Comments: Overall experience has been phenomenal. My company offers other signing software for free but I'd rather pay for Dotloop. That says a lot!

Pros:

I like how you can manage multiple projects within Dotloop. I also like how you can handle multiple documents organized within a project. It's been essential for my real estate business

Cons:

Logging in! I always forget my password. Lol, honestly, there isn't much to dislike about Dotloop.

VERY USER FRIENDLY. WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT AND USE OUT OF IT WILL SHOW

Comments: I USE THIS WEEKLY WITH ALL MY CLIENTS AND THEIR REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS. I HAVE USED ANOTHER PRGRAM AND IT IS NOT AT ALL ORGANIZED AND HAS TOO MANY STEPS TO GET THE CONTRACT SIGNED AND THEN TO ADMIN FOR REVIEW. DOTLOOP MAKES THE WHOLE PROCESS SMOOTHER.

Pros:

THE FLOW OF THE ASSIGNED FIELDS ARE EASY FOR THE CLIENT TO SIGN. SAVES THE CLIENT TIME AND HAPPY TO USE IT. THE USER PUTS IN ALL THE INFO AT THE BEGINNING HELPS THE AUTO FILL TO HAVE EVERYTHING CORRECT SAVING TIME TO COMPLETE.

Cons:

WHEN SIGNEES ARE ABLE TO SIGN PASS THE PART THEY NEED TO SIGN. USUALLLY USER INOUT IS THE REASON OR SIGNEE IS CLICKING THE TAB INCORRECTLY. I DO NOT THINK IT IS DOTLOOP, I THINK IT IS HUMAN ERROR.

Kinda too many steps

Comments: I ll give it a 7. when It was used for real estate documents it sometimes came back blank and the fact that you had to send it to the people individually

It was ok but took too many steps to complete a document

Dotloop review

Comments: Generally good except for the two above comments. It would be Ho.loop to disassociate with Showing Time . Everyone I know is complaining about it.

Pros:

The ease of creating & maintaining documents

Cons:

The two things that I find awful about that loop our won the integration of Showing Time , which makes it extremely difficult to get into many times and the other issue is the display and the way it behaves when you are on an iPad. This is 2024 and it should work well with Apple products But doesn’t seem to. I do not have a PC or laptop. I only use an iPad and an iPhone, and they should make it easier to use with those products.

Use dotloop for all your e-Signings

Comments: Being a post closer in a title company, this app has saved me time, and re-signing fees. It is so simple and easy to use, very very user friendly, and I don't have to explain how to use it on the other end. My clients love dotloop compared to other apps out there. I highly recommend this product and could not work one single day without it!

Pros:

It's so simple to set up, manage and send. You just add the person that needs to sign, or receive a copy, drag and drop the document, click on what needs to be completed, and you're done.

Cons:

I did not find anything I didn't like about dotloop.

My Prefered E-Sign Program

Comments: I appreciate that they have the app so that I can both work remotely and be notified on my phone when sigantures occur. It has expedited the pace at which I can work. I find the program to be complimentary to others in terms of keboard shortcuts which has also allowed me to be efficiant and not waste time placing indevidual boxes where i may need them.

Pros:

I like the ease with which it operates. I find it to be the most fluid of the e-sign platforms I've used. I appreciate the way it autofills both text and signatures, and how it time stamps signatures so that I don't have to add a date at every signature placement.

Cons:

There are on occasion a few bugs that I've learned to work around. Namely thaton occasion if I share a document with Editing permissions it can lock others out of the document, even once the editor is done.

Lovin Dotloop

Comments: I have been using Dotloop for as long as I can remember, since day one, my overall experience with Dotloop has been excellent. I use Dotloop every day for business and know the program is very reliable. I have never experienced a glitch or outage. I do not recall ever needing customer support or having a tech issue however I'm confident they would be great if I did.

Pros:

The Dotloop platform is easy to navigate, and I can search for any document required in my state. The Document Library includes all required forms; no looking online and downloading to add to my files. Keeping all my files secure and organized for years is no issue at all.

Cons:

I don't have any negative feedback. I can't even complain about the price. Having full functionality of the entire program for basically a dollar a day is a bargain.

Dotloop...a good electronic signature app

Comments: I like dotloop. Its easier to use than a lot of the other electronic signature apps but it is limited in its extra functions and you have to pay for it after 10 signatures or loops but overall its a very straightforward and easy app to use.

Pros:

I like the fact that dotloop does what its designed to do, make it easy to capture electronic signatures safely and securely. Its user friendly and has a nice, intuitive UI.

Cons:

I dont like that you only get 10 free loops per email but you can jist create a new email account and youll get 10 more free "loops" or signatures which is nice. Its owned by Zillow so things change a lot just like they do with Zillow but its a good site overall

Easy to work with

Comments: All in all its very good. Dotloop is a way to store all information from a transaction and can be reviewed anytime. Client signatures are very easy to obtain. Also, the tracking history is very beneficial .

Pros:

Ease of operation and getting clients to sign is seemless.

Cons:

Currently I DO NOT like having to enter my email address EVERYTIME I log in! That is super annoying! All Realtors that I have talked to feel the same.

Comments: I love dot loop for the ease of use for both the customer and the business owner. It is easy to navigate and is available whenever I need to access it. I especially like that I can access it using my phone.

Pros:

The software is easy to use with end users able to use the system within a very short period. The learning/educational resource is extensive and the support is available whenever I need them. The Dot Loop support team are very knowledgeable, and guide me through all my questions and needs. This system can be accessed from anywhere including through a phone app 24/7. Additionally records are secure and meet compliance regulations for record management. Ability to customize forms, make templates of frequently used documents, pull reports and more make this a smart choice for businesses.

Cons:

Cost is a little high as compared to other electronic systems. Also adding additional users is possible but I wish the pricing were a bit lower if we are already and established user.

Always using Dotloop

Pros:

It stores everything I need to for all transactions. I love how it ties to our other applications so i can send everything with a button instead of downloading and uploading documents.

Cons:

I wish you had the option to make different folders on the front screen. Like a 2023 Sold folder, go into it and it has all the loops from 2023

Wish when you are adding a person in a loop it would pull all the information from the contacts.

Great Product! & So simple to use

Comments: It made me feel secure when using it; my relator sent it to me for my purchase offer. The program would highlight for me where to sign, I just clicked on the highlighted area and my signature would be there or my initials. At the end of signing, I would receive a copy with my signature.

Pros:

It was simple and easy to use. It would not let me submit until each spot was filled out; this allowed me to take my time and review the documents attached.

Cons:

Nothing at all! Everything was very easy to use, and I cannot think of anything that I did not like.

Good end-user experience for me

Lastly, while support materials are provided, live customer support responsiveness could be improved for more efficient issue resolution.

Comments: Simple to use for most people, like anything i get the odd phone call from frustrated clients but I can usually walk them through it with ease.

Pros:

Easily manages my files. User friendly.

Cons:

That a secondary signature can not be used with the same address, I would with a lot of elderly people who share one email address therefore I have to pay $300 a year for DocuSign additionally

A Real Estate Agent's Perspective on Dotloop

Comments: I use Dotloop every day to ensure that my Real Estate Transactions are handled correctly and all steps that need to be done are done. There is no guessing if I have missed ordering Title Work or Inspections. They are documented, and can be shared immediately.

Pros:

Being able to organize all of our Real Estate Transactions and their documents, from start to finish, in one file, makes home buying transactions easy to track all aspects of the transaction. It is also easy to share any documents to others, and track the history of each document. One can also create tasks for themselves or others so that there is accountability and follow up.

Cons:

The only Con to this software is that, on contracts, where there is a change needed, due to an error or such, you have to download the documents that needs to be corrected to your computer, then download it again to Dotloop, to make any corrections. If you do not do these steps, all signatures are cleared and the entire process has to be done over.

Best signing app I’ve tried.

Pros:

It’s easy to make changes and my documents as an agent are already on template.

Cons:

I didn’t like when I left my agency I couldn’t get access to my documents on my new account. But I just had to ask the previous company for access and they granted me limited access so I can download docs.
