Small tool packed with features

Comments: It has been an amazing experience with Smallpdf. I love the tool - I can directly edit PDFs form my browser on the go. I highly recommend it to everyone from someone who works a lot with PDF files or someone who just needs to edit a single file.

Pros:

I am in academia and I deal with lots and lots of PDF files. I generally use locally installed software but every now and then, I find myself with a new device with a need to manipulate PDF files. Every single time, I open smallpdf because of how easy it is. It has everything - compression, extraction, merging - everything. This tool is amazing and I love every aspect of it.

Cons:

Honestly, I can't think of any cons. The tool is super good. I do wish it had faster transfer speed but that's not a big deal.

Forget Adobe! Use this for your PDF Needs!

Pros:

Easy to use, so many features. I mainly used it to work with PDFs. Adobe (the free version) has its limitations to edit and sign PDFs which is extremely annoying and I'm not paying their ridiculous price just to edit/sign a PDF. Smallpdf was heaven sent. I edit and sign all PDFs on there. Won't ever use anything els!

Cons:

The price. It gives you a limit as to how many times you can edit a PDF each day for free, so if I need to correct an error or update a PDF I edited, let's say, an hour earlier, I can't and get a pay wall. You get like 2-3 times in a day as the limit.

It's worth a try, useful

Pros:

Even the free version is useful for urgent work. Usually there are urgent tasks where I need to reduce the size of a document, so it has become an application that I enjoy using.

Cons:

It needs to stand out among its competitors. It is easy to use, it always ranks high in ads, but if I am on another site at that moment and it can handle my job, I am not necessarily looking for this Smallpdf. Binding, sustainable policies can be produced. So I mean this. For example, when I need to translate a document or image, I should think of typing Smallpdf instead of typing "Jpeg to PDF". Of course, this is not a negative situation for me, but it is for Smallpdf.

Pros:

The main advantage of smallpdf is that it provides the Adobe PDF Premium features like merging pdf files, compressing pdf files, and converting pdf files to doc files for free. Also it works really well on a web browser.

Cons:

Smallpdf is not advanced enough to replace Adobe. The UI is basic and does not give a seamless feel to read pdf files. Also, the pdf to doc conversion lacks advanced features like AI support.

User friendly pdf main focus

It has a singular focus with such detail and ease to a PDF itself. Easy to store documents, digitally sign them and organize them

Cons:

Its free with not so many cool features and with them they're 10 bucks a month fort pdfs and even though I like them better than adobe not more expensive then my delivery

Easier PDF Tools

Comments: It allows you to work directly on the PDF file, reducing time and helping to make the work easier

Previously editing a PDF was almost impossible or you had to do it through many tools that allowed it, with Smallpdf that is a thing of the past for me because it has allowed me to work with PDF files much more easily and edit it when I need to very quickly. Not only does it have the tool to edit it, I can also convert it to another format or reduce the size when it is too large.

Pros:

Mega resource, used this so many times to compress, merge and/or edit PDF's. Been a real lifeline at times, when software licenses haven't been available but an urgent amend is needed. Image conversion is also really handy, all in a cracking site with hugely useful free features.

Cons:

Very little, only real drawback is the limit on how many free operations you can carry out per day. I'd seriously consider paying for a subscription over Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Small but Mighty, Smallpdf Gets the Job Done

I've enjoyed the free version

Pros:

I've only utilized the free version of Smallpdf. It was come in handy when I worked for an organization that didn't have a paid subscription to a similar service. Typically I didn't need to complete a lot of the functions at once, so the daily limit would be enough for me to get by. Having it easily accessible online was also handy.

Cons:

If you're needing to do more, the free version is definitely limiting. I've never looked into the pricing, so I can't say an opinion on if it is worth it (but I'd guess it might be!).

so far i haven’t see any cons at all with small pdf, the thing i will say is it doesn't retain any document after first converting, it always clears it up for another work.

Affordable PDF Tools For Everything You Could Need

Comments: I have tried many other similar tools but this one is by far the best and easiest to navigate of them all. I like how everything is presented so you can easily find exactly what you are looking for.

It is such a simple tool that is easy to navigate and interact with, yet it does everything you could need it to. From compressing files, converting files, merging pages/files, editing, and signing. I mostly use it for converting files and merging files and this feature alone has been so easy to use.

Cons:
