The rooms are completely renovated, everything is new and fresh. The beds are comfortable. When we needed help with TV in our room the member of the staff who checked us in came promptly and re-set the TV. We came for the weekend and had a very pleasant stay. This is our second stay and we definitely will be returning in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay on Cape Cod. This 2 star hotel is way better than 4 star Courtyard by Marriott we stayed in Miami, Florida this year.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment with a separate entrance. It was huge, we all got plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and clean. There was a beautiful view on the harbour right from our room. Hotel is very beautifully located right on the water, with its own beach and lots of possibilities to walk around and enjoy the nature and the views. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, it was sad that we only stayed one night, we loved the hotel and the Cape Cod.

What a pleasant surprise. We usually don't book Inns but I am so glad we booked this one. The Inn was updated, contemporary, and had a Cape Cod feel inside and out. It was off the road a bit and had secure entry doors which you don't find much at Inns. The breakfast was great with homemade coffee cakes and cinnamon rolls along with other basic fare. Very quaint and inviting as well. The bed was comfortable and the suite was very well maintained and clean.

Beautiful location overlooking the hotel’s private beach. Food was excellent, a little pricey but to be expected in such a lovely hotel. Lots of facilities for the children to use. They enjoyed the tennis, pool and various games dotted around the grounds. Beach yoga in the morning was a pleasant surprise and a great way to start the day. The film on the beach one evening was enjoyed by the children. A lovely place to take the family for our first taste of Cape Cod.

the location was fantastic, overlooking the marina at Hyannis, and only a short walk to the ferry ports and to main street. this is such a peaceful spot. the room was spacious and comfortable with a really large TV and everything we needed. There is a lovely swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring the cape. the staff here are really helpful and friendly also. A real gem of a hotel and no doubt when we return to cape cod we will look to stay here again

The location is really good and convenient. We basically went to the hotel to shower and sleep, as there are so many things to do in Cape Cod. Our room was renovated, with a chilly air conditioning. Great to have a microwave and a little fridge. That saved some money. We didn´t use the pool, but it looked very clean. Checking in and out was very expedite and personal is very charming. I recommend them!

The owner is the nicest person I’ve ever met. I don’t understand why it has only two stars because it was the best hotel I’ve been to on Cape Cod. The rooms are huge (even the cheapest ones), the pool is very clean, and stuff is very responsive. I loved this place and definitely gonna come back! They even have a microwave in the room!

It was perfect for our vacation . It was very clean. Everything you need was supplied in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was centrally located on Cape Cod. Since it was our first visit to the cape The manager was so helpful and friendly with all the questions we had. We highly recommend this property .

Location was near several restaurants and convenience stores, as well close to the Cape Cod Canal, Cape Cod Bay and the 3 main highways of Cape Cod; Rte 6, Rte 6A and Rte 28. Hotel was very clean, with attractively decorated and furnished rooms. Bathroom was updated and recently painted.

Room was very spacious and easily able to accommodate the two of us. The hotel had both and indoor and outdoor pool which were great for relaxing and cooling off after the very hot and humid days we had there. Location for Cape Cod and ferry's to Martha's Vineyard are excellent.

there are so many things to list. Located right on the beach on Cape Cod if you’re coming here for vacation this is definitely the place to stay. Comfortable apartments with everything you need. Friendly staff, heated pool, very clean, very comfortable, home away from home.

The hotel has a nice beach, a great pool with food and music, and a surprisingly good breakfast buffet. You can have a really full relaxing day without leaving. If you like hiking or biking, trails begin nearby. It is definitely my favorite place to stay on Cape Cod.

If you want a beach side hotel on Cape Cod, this is it! I stayed literally on an ocean side, could not be closer. Very cool hotel concept, starting with the coffee van outside and ending with a vinyl record player in the room. Very cool young crew, we had lots of laughs

I booked it for my family's first trip to Cape Cod. Then I discovered it wasn't close to the downtown. Not within walking distance. So it is not ideal to stay and wander around. It is perfect for just staying in the hotel for days. Not my case, though.

Shout-out to Helen, the front desk employee. She made the stay so much better. The hotel itself is decent and suits for a short stay to discover Cape Cod. If you plan to stay longer I advise to book elsewhere and get more comfort/luxury.

The beauty of this hotel is the location. The issue with Cape Cod is that there is a limited supply of places to stay. This one fits the bill just fine. It's overpriced since it's cape cod, but exactly what you would expect. It works!

Centrally located in Cape Cod. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Freshly made breakfast every day - NOT the buffet you get from a hotel. Wonderful hosts and staff - very hospitable and remember all our dietary restrictions. I recommend it 10000%!

Location was excellent! Good base to do exploring of Cape Cod, right on Main Street. Parking at the hotel and plenty of spaces. Recently renovated rooms with large cable TV with excellent choices, very comfortable bed and AC.

The location, front desk check-in staff (I think his name was Eddie?), housekeeping, property cleanliness are all great. The building aesthetic and approach is also charming and that Cape Cod feel you want when in Ptown.

This is a classic Cape Cod beach hotel. It was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again. The pool was super nice - not crowded like next door. The beach is natural, not combed, so very pretty and accessible.
