Riu Plaza Chicago is attractively set in Chicago, and has a fitness center, free WiFi and a bar. It was a great location near everything, the food both in the rooftop and during breakfast was incredible. The lobby bar was amazing. The rooms were kept clean all the time and the entire facility was always impeccably clean. The customer service was phenomenal.
