    Agree. A pretty blunt way of dealing with a real issue. A lot of distillers have tons of small-barrel inventory already. Tough to change the rules on them mid-stream. Disclosure rules would help, though. Besides, 60 gallon stuff is pretty interesting and I'd hate to lose it.

    Enforcement has been one of the biggest issues. Existing regs have been ignored for years. Write all the regs you want but if enforcement is an issue then they don't mean as much as they could.
