After blocking transcripts from a witness asking for them to be released now Sen Grassley wants to release transcripts from witnesses without permission.

Granted, in the case of one witness, Donald Trump, Jr, he already admitted publicly to happily conspiring with a foreign government against the US election. Not a prosecuting attorney, so can't address whether the admission was sufficient for charges.
