A few of my recent portraiture shoots. Landscapes and nightscapes are my biggest passion but I really enjoy shooting people as well :)

Smokey Sunset at Bunbury Beach
A thick blanket of smoke has covered #Bunbury today. There is a massive bush fire burning in the #Waroona area. I hope everyone affected stays safe!

It is amazing what good quality glass can do for your images.
My new Canon 70-200mm II L USM IS f2.8 was worth every penny and might just be my new favorite :D

Summer sunset down at #Bunbury Beach - #WesternAustralia
Ingrid Kjelling Photography
The Settings:
My settings here were ISO 1600, f7.1, 30 seconds. I had to pump up the iso because I didn`t have my remote shutter control handy so I was restricted to a 30 second exposure. To get a decent exposure without opening up the aperture too much my only option was to crank the ISO.
No idea what I`m talking about? Join one of my Bunbury Photography workshops and learn the basics of manual photography and how to capture photos like these :) enquire at [email protected]
