Ommune’s products and services are available to customers who have made an actual purchase and whose item license is still active.

All items are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, PHP and related technology and frameworks but we cannot guarantee that older items will run with future versions of these technologies. We may retire older items if we feel they are no longer representative of our offering.

COMPATIBILITY
It is our duty to always keep our products up-to-date and working with the latest version of PHP and other technologies. Our products are fine-tuned for the latest versions of technologies, any version prior to that may have problems with some product’s functionality.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our services or products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of Ommune IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Our services and products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

PHOTOS COPYRIGHT INFO
When viewing the product demos you will see several photographic images used. These photos serve as example images only and are not included in the download. Our products do not come packaged with any copyrighted photography. The photos used in the demos are purely for demonstration purposes and are used to give the visitor a functional preview of what the product will look like once content has been added. You are responsible for adding your own thumbnail images.

We may link to third party websites from our own website. We have no control over and are not responsible for, these third party websites or their use of your personal information. Our products support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer 8 & 9.

REFUND POLICY
In case there is a genuine problem which we can’t fix then you will get refund within 7-10 working days.

WARRANTY
Ommune does not provide any warranty or guarantee on our items in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the theme & the plugin as we can not guarantee that our products will work with all browser combinations. Also, we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.

License Renewal
We don’t have anything STUPID like LIFETIME FREE UPDATES.You are allowed to use our products, which you purchased from us, lifetime. But in order to get product updates and support, you will have to renew the license every year. Updates are frequently coming from WordPress.org, PHP etc  so we need to have a dedicated team to keep our products up-to-date with the latest WordPress updates. Also, we keep on adding valuable features and bug fixes to our products for better user experience. To manage all this maintenance cost, we need a small contribution from our buyers as renewal fees.
