Northern Westchester Hospital’s plastic surgery practice is located in Chappaqua Crossing. Our plastic surgeons, David Palaia, MD, and Michael Rosenberg, MD, perform both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, which includes both aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Aesthetic procedures are primarily intended to improve the appearance of facial and bodily features, while reconstructive procedures generally restore changes that may be the result of illness, trauma or tumor surgery.
