Just want to say thank you for ruining my NYE plans with my friends. Your total incompetence, rudeness via telephone and misinformation has left a very sour taste indeed. How you can do this is daylight robbery and a disgrace. Wasted my time. Thank you.

and then once I found out the reason I was on the phone for so long today, was because your incompetent staff told me the money was 100% going back into my bank after 2-3 days, it turns out that the money for the hotel was still going to come out! (6)

that prices fluctuate from time to time, I was even willing to pay the extra that had occurred at the time of my booking. But now you want me to pay £635 or my friends pay cancellation fee? ERM not happening! You tried taking money out my bank! (5)

This was the latest phone call, full of positivity and understanding my situation, for then to be told to book the holiday on another credit card whislt my money is sorted. NO explanation as to why I should be paying more money for THEIR ISSUE. I understand (4)

luckily, HSBC have now declined it and money will be going back into my bank. But because my friends have booked, we either find ourselves in a situation of me paying £635 to go when I intended to pay £461 or my friends PAY A CANCELLATION FEE. This is obsurd! (3)

in 2 days. I have a pending transaction of £292.20 and £4.20 coming out of my account. That is the price of the hotel and taxes. I was told yesterday this would be returning into my account after it wasn't booked! Now I'm told it could be coming out! (2)

have now just put the phone down on me after they way I have been treated I cannot even believe what they are doing. I booked a holiday for £461. Glitched THEIR END and now trying to charge me £635 of todays price. 4 hours I have been on the phone (1)

And told to pay todays fee if I want to join my two friends on the same flight and hotel. It's not fair. And now I have to go to work, knowing my plans for New Years are ruined. I will phone tomorrow, but if it is anything like today, another waste of time.

Your service team agreed, that I should not be paying today's price, which has increased dramatically, when a glitch happened your end. If the money had not been taken out, I would have re booked. But it did, and now I am £300 down, no holiday in place (3)

So I will have to call tomorrow, but most likely, the price will have gone up even more. Yes the money will be returned into my bank in 2-3 days, it's lucky that I have a job to accommodate my temporary loss. But one thing I cannot tolerate is lack of principal (2)

Gina, at least for the first time someone from TC understands my frustration. Unfortunately I have to go to work now as I am on nights, after spending all day trying to sort a holiday out with a hugely successful corporate company. (1)

Get another flight to my friends to bring cost down was one recommendation, even though it is still more expensive. We're off away for 2 nights not 2 weeks. Or put a waver request in that takes upto 5 days and may not be accepted. What do you recommend? Ring up for hours again?

Me and my girlfriend have been left stranded of a holiday with two friends booked on. I am not paying £635 of todays price when you had a temporary glitch at the time of the £461 price. YOUR glitch, YOUR problem. But I am asked on the phone what I SHOULD do to go forward.
