Ask you can see from 's video, it can get a bit lively in the media (??) tribune at the Africa Cup of Nations. Although, I should add I have witnessed people behaving almost as badly in the media tribune at FC Zurich

Egypt 0 South Africa 1. Incredible! The hosts are out, Mohamed Salah and all. They have nearly really got going in this tournament and were dire tonight. South Africa are in the quarter-finals for only the second time since 2002.

Nigeria 3 Cameroon 2. A dramatic game which saw Nigeria lead 1-0, Cameroon turn it around to 2-1 before Nigeria hit back. Scored could have been higher although VAR might have disallowed Nigeria's second goal if it was in use.

Senegal 1 Uganda 0. Sadio Mane scores again, and misses a penalty again. The end of a great run for the Cranes who should have beaten Egypt and could have taken this to extra-time. Another rough match -- 45 fouls.

Incredible. Sadio Mane misses his second penalty of the tournament.

Odd atmosphere here. The Senegal band are brilliant but are only ones making any noise in this empty stadium. And they keep playing their tune regardless of what happens on the field. So its a bit like watching a game while listening to a CD through headphones

Morocco 1 Benin 1. Benin win 4-1 win on penalties. Remarkable! Benin, taking part at their 4th AFCON, have still never won a match at the finals, but are in the quarter-finals. They have drawn all 4 games here. Maybe time for Herve Renard to ditch that shirt of his.

He was the most incompetent scammer. If you are going to try and extort money from someone, take them to somewhere creepy and deserted. But he went to one of the most crowded streets in Cairo. And he lost the cancellation fee and has probably had his account suspended by now.

Watch out for this Uber scam in Cairo: at the end of the trip, the driver demands a cash payment (more than the correct fare) and shouts "no credit". It transpires he cancelled the trip once the passenger had got in the car. Always keep an eye on the App during the trip.

Thanks! Though I have to admit I didn't see that coming after Peru's last two performances.

Peru reach the Copa America final for the first time since 1975 -- in those days, ties were played over two legs, home and away. The final v Colombia went to a replay in Caracas which Peru won 1-0 (goal scored by Hugo Sotil who went AWOL from Barcelona to play in the match)

As you'd expect from Mali, their band is really, really good. Makes it quite difficult to concentrate on the football.

Ghana 2 Guinea Bissau 0. Ghana win their first game, finish top of their group on goals scored from Cameroon and avoid Nigeria in the last 16. GB are eliminated without scoring a goal, but with a point.
