I've rung that number and wasted several hours of my existence over several days dealing with the incompetence of that department. i will resend my origional email, however my deadline for a helpful response stands, after that I will be considering legal action.

@ThomasCookCares cancelling booked seats(several times). these changes have not been my choice! On hold waiting to discuss the latest changes made, holiday reduced by day and flight out moved from early morning to early evening.. Stress free holidays? Nope. 😪

@ThomasCookCares 9 x my package holiday has been changed in 2 months, still 6 months till the holiday. Not once, not twice, Nine times! Changes have included shortening my holiday, removing my daughter from booking(oops, easy mistake that.), changing flights(several times) 1 0f 2

a 17 year old was killed during a train fire exactly like this on a Driver Only service, as the driver has to prioritise contacting signaller over passenger assistance. Do you support #RMT in their campaign to stop #northernrail expanding this less safe practice?

What legitimate concerns? You put your picture on twitter which is scanned by Google and Facebook search algorithums using face rec software. Seems your legitimate concern is that you dont want law enforcent to scan you. Why is that?
