I was in a similar position in 2011, @RNIBScotland were rolling out the Vision Support Service Pan Ayrshire, I became their first customer and I soon learned to take on the two A’s, Accept & Adapt, I live by this today & it’s made me the person I am, strong & confident ☺️

I’ve just paid a visit to @ThomasCookUK in Troon, I was looking for a Multi Currency Card, The young lady couldn’t have been more helpful & got me signed up, she was sensitive to my situation and did all the right things & asked the right questions, as I’m visually impaired ☺️👍
