The Nice Guys 2016
A good not perfect, dark, smart(ish) adult comedy. The kind of movie that almost never gets made these days on account of it not being a comic book sequel. Sadly no one saw it so it'll remain a rarity.

Born to Be Blue 2015
I'm not a huge Chet Baker fan so it didn't bug me that this is a largely fictionalized telling story based on his life. I liked the style of this movie, it's almost impressionistic storytelling. And the music ain't bad.
