Awesome 5-star experience. Mamila Pool is next to the hotel;)))

Near the hotel you can see beautiful tourist places like mamilla mall. In the evening we visited Bardak it was nearby...

It's not the Ritz Carlton, but for Israel it is upper tier. I requested 2 attached rooms on the executive level floor. The set-up was great with a private single entrance for both rooms, each having their own individual front doors (1 for myself and wife and 1 for my kids, ages 12 and 14). The room terraces were tiny. Did not receive the Old City view as requested, but the view was pristine from the executive lounge on the 9th floor! The facilities are good with average size work-out room, containing adequate machines for a good work-out. Food in hotel was very good, even for Israel. We had dinner at Sofia, the main floor dairy restaurant... dacor was nice and service was excellent. Food was very good. The location of the hotel is excellent. A 15 minute walk brings you to the center of town, passed the Mamilla Mall.Overall, good value.

Location and staff friendliness. Front desk and Guest Relations Desk both answered questions, helped us on two occasions (until what time is Bank x open?; I lost my cell phone, can you help me ...) Breakfast exceeded our expectations: quantity, quality & service.

We were disappointed (big time!) on our inabilty to control the temperature of our room: we stayed there the first week of January, and did not realize that lots of "heat" was the only choice! Our room was stifling hot, and to lower the temperature kept the window open, and slept - not well - all night with the window open. A 5-star hotel ought to provide individual room HVAC.

I made my reservation about two weeks before arriving, and instead of being charged at the time of my arrival, as other hotels do, I was charged when I made the booking. Furthermore, I was charged vat, which I was not suppose to have been charge, and it took four telephone calls to get the vat reversed. Also, because they did not reverse the charges when I first phoned them, I lost more than $ 20.00 due to the exchange.

The staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating.

The hotel does not compare to the David Citidel which is a similar price. The location is 15 minutes up hill from the Jaffa Gate. The rooms are poorly equipped and the facilities are generally tired. If I was staying more than 2 nights, I would have moved out.

Comfort with excellent facilities

The prime minister was due to speak at the hotel and we had to vacate the car park for more than 24 hours. The staff were unhelpful about finding somewhere to park and I ended up having to get up early in the morning to feed a parking meter. The hotel should have made arrangements with a nearby hotel..

A real indulgence worth the money a great location close to the old city the German colony worth the money

The hotel is great. Rooms are very nice. Ours had a great view of the Old City of Jerusalem from the balcony. Staff was very nice. Fitness center was excellent. Also like the Executive Lounge.

The location is great, the room was clean and comfortable, the business lounge handy, the staff polite and helpful, the rooftop terrace view fabulous.

A bit too noizy both on the inside and outside (perhaps an inside yard view is a better option for that purpose than a street view like we had).

Beautiful hotel with comfortable,nicely decorated rooms. The staff was helpful although like other hotels the concierge staff member was sometimes doing other jobs. When we asked for information,though, someone was always available to help us. The lobby and entire downstairs was very attractive and very inviting. There are shops and a full spa and work-out area. The breakfast is huge and you can sit indoors, overlooking the pool or in an inside patio.

The location is good for visiting the Old City, but you must walk uphill for around 15-20 minutes. There are always taxis available right outside the hotel if that walk seems daunting on a hot day.

Absolutly excellent. Great Shabbat dinner.

We loved everything about the Inbal. The rooms, the beauty of the hotel, the food, the gift shops and the friendly service.

Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. The location was good for touring Jerusalem
