  Convenient location; reasonable rate; relaxed atmosphere; helpful staff. Breakfast supplied at a nearby restaurant was satisfactory.

  Room small (suitable as a sleep-and-go facility). Toilet/shower very cramped (think of an aircraft). Street noisy from cafe and bar life until near dawn, so may not be suitable for light sleepers. But I would stay there again.

  It is outrageously priced for the quality of the room and the service, especially breakfast. Very disappointing.

  the door was broken and i got locked in my room. I tried to call down to the front desk and the phone was dead... eventually I made it out of the room.

  Reliable Internet connection.

  The room was small and cramped. The sink coild not be used without splashing all over. There were no hangers in the closet, and no iron. The carpet had not been vacuumed. There was noisy work being done outside our door and we were not told about it upon checking in.

  I thought the Jerusalem Inn was very good value for money, being clean and friendly and very central. It's within a short walk of the Old City and the Ben Yehuda shopping precinct, as well as having a large selection of restaurants and cafes in the same neighbourhood.The staff were particularly pleasant and helpful and I'd be very happy to stay there again on a future visit to Jerusalem.

  Location is good for visits to art galleries and shops, not too far from old city. Peaceful neighbourhood.

  Access by car takes m more local knowledge than most travellers have (one- way and blocked streets)

  The location was excellent. It will be even better when the Light Railway is accepting passengers. The breakfast at Rachela was ok. The location was nice and quiet.....although I had been led to expect terrible disco noise on Thurs, Fri and Sat.....but no disturbance occurred. The desk staff were very helpful indeed..

  Although I heard no disco disturbance, I was worried that this might occur. It would be helpful if the discos in that area could be banned.

  Services are really basic if at all. Quite noisy outside (night life).

  I was very impressed with the size of the room and the furnishings, also the cleanliness. Breakfast was very good also.

  The hotel is in a neighbourhood where alot of bars/clubs are nearby, music from these places and drunk people make alot of noise into the early hours of the morning. This may affect my decision to stay in the hotel again. Apart from that everything was great.

  Housekeeping was super lazy Didn't take out rubbish, didn't lay beds, did not vacuum carpets. Just Horrid

  Excellent location, good breakfasts, free wi-fi, airconditioning

  Expensive parking (15 NIS per hour), wi-fi coverage could be better, lack of bedside lamps.

  Proximity to the new Jerusalem and the Jaffa Gate. Easy to walk to the Old City (15 mins) and very easy to see some of the nightlife of newer Jerusalem for dinner or sheesha. Breakfast at the cafe around the corner was great though - not a huge variety but enough simple treats to be enjoyable.

  Tiny rooms! There was almost no room to walk around the bed or place your luggage, the TVs did not work breakfast was served at a cafe around the corner. Room makeup was not done properly either.

  The staff was very helpful and nice; 10 min walk from the Old city; many various places to eat and drink around for different budget; good breakfast; free wi-fi

  Poor and old facilities in the not-renovated (old) rooms, therefore, not good value for the money. However, this is the issue for the most part of the hotels in Israel. Please,do not compare star-rating of Isralien hotels with the European one. No air conditioning in the not-renovated rooms. Back-yard rooms are noisy, if you open the windows.
