Hier mijn bijdrage voor Wednesday Stamper: Tim Holtz en The Three Muses: muziek. Heb muziek papier door de cuttlebug gehad met een van de nieuwe Tim Holtz alterations dies, iets uit het midden op het papier gelegd zodat ze mooi achter elkaar gingen passen, daarna een dun laagje gesso en gekleurd met colorbox pigment inkten. Een stempel met viool en muzieknootjes in het midden boven gestempeld met Stazon en dit prachtige vogeltje uitgeknipt en opgeplakt en nog wat accenten aangebracht met kleurpotlood. Voor de rechterrand heb ik vierkantjes uitgeponst uit wit papier, deze nogmaals in vieren geknipt en een beetje gekleurd met distress antique linen. Voor de linkerrand heb ik een stukje muziekpapier gepakt en met een ronde pons halve rondjes uitgepost. Hier en daar nog wat accentjes aangebracht.

Here my entry for Wednesday Stamper: Tim Holtz and The Three Muses: music. I put a piece of sheet music through the cuttlebug and used one of the alterations dies from Tim Holtz. Put a thin layer of gesso on both parts and coloured with color box pigment inks. Glued one behing the other, stamped with Stazon black the violin with music notes in the top middle part, cut out the gorgeous bird and glued on the card. Made accents with colouring pencils. Punched squares out of white paper, then cut them in four parts, coloured them lightly with distress antique linen, and glued on the right half of the black cardstock. On the left side I took a piece of music punched half rounds out of it, coloured it and made some accents.

We gingen zondag een eind fietsen en kwamen dit tafereeltje tegen, ben helemaal weg van schapen.

Gisteren weer een heerlijk dagje bij Joan Gevaert Rubber Stamping and Scrapbooking gehad, ik gaf een workshop en dit was het voorbeeld wat ik daarvoor gemaakt had. Het was super gezellig!!

Yesterday I spent the day at Joan’s store, I was giving a workshop and this is the sample I made for it. It was absolutely super.
