Ordering/Accounts
+ Payment Forms | For regular orders Freckled Fawn accepts all major credit cards and Paypal. For subscription payment, Freckled Fawn only accepts credit cards.
+ Update Shipping Address | Simply log-in to your account and click "View Addresses". From there you can update/edit/delete any address. Please keep your address up-to-date.
Basic Kit Questions
+ Schedule |
20 of each month : sneaks begin (blog, facebook, instagram, etc.)
1 of each month : reveal and shop update
1-3 of each month : subscriber shop
+ Subscription Length | Subscribers are continuous until cancelled. You will be charged and receive a kit each month until we notified otherwise.
+ Subscription Billing | Upon purchasing a subscription, your card is immediately billed for your first month's kit. For consecutive months your card is charged on the 1st of every month. This recurring charge will occur until we are notified to cancel the subscription.
+ Update Credit Card | To update your payment information, please email us at [email protected]
+ Cancelling a subscription | To cancel your subscription, please go HERE. Read the cancellation policy HERE.
Shipping
+ Turnaround | Retail orders normally orders ship in 1-2 business days (exception: orders placed the first week of the month or during large sale/promotional events may take longer due to the high influx of orders). We ship from Utah, United States.
+ Kit Shipping | Kits begin shipping on the 3rd of each month (or next business day). Subscriber kits are packed/shipped first then regular orders are shipped.
+ Shipment Time | Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service. Upon shipment, all customers will be emailed a tracking number they can track at USPS.com.
