Commentaires : Depuis que j'utilise cette application, je gère bien ma facturation avec mon entreprise. Et j'effectue également des paiements en ligne.

Avantages :

J'ai bien aimé le fait de facilement faire mes paiements et régler mes factures en ligne.

Inconvénients :

Pas grandes choses à dire. Juste corriger certains beug au niveau de la connexion à l'application.

Commentaires : Melio m'a permis d'éviter les déplacements inutiles pour payer les factures. Ainsi, en quelques clics tout est règlé.

Avantages :

J'ai apprécié le traitement rapide des factures, la création des factures, le paiement en ligne et les multiples méthodes de paiement

Inconvénients :

Les débuts sur le logiciel ne sont toujours pas faciles car le logiciel est difficile à comprendre et à manipuler pour un débutant

Commentaires : At this point in the Melio Payments review, I can honestly say that it's worthwhile to try, particularly given that it's free. For freelancers, accountants, and small enterprises, it's a fantastic financial solution. The latter group may automate their bills or payments and handle all of their customers from a single platform.

Avantages :

A very tidy, straightforward, but effective tool for paying bills and invoices, Payment processing, is quite simple compared to its rivals; it is substantially more productive. This product's flawless integration with our accounting software is why we chose it. Additionally, it eliminates the inconvenience of printing and sending paper checks. Recipient changes of the payment method selected are seamless

Inconvénients :

Improved phone customer service is something I would like to see no other recommendations now. Vendors are added with their Melio links, and those vendors currently in QuickBooks should automatically connect. Now, when you do that, a new vendor is formed and is not connected to the one that presently exists in QuickBooks. Wishlist: It would be nice if there were an option to send international wire transfers in different currencies. If it is wholly linked with Wave Invoicing, it would be fantastic and allow a free connected workflow.

Melio is the best and works seamlessly with QBO

Commentaires : There were a few kinks at first but most of them have been worked out, the customer service is great. I have enjoyed working with them to fix issues or work out bugs. The ease of the app and ability of the integration with QBO is unprecedented and has seriously saved me hundreds of hours for each client that I handle bookkeeping for. I love how quick and easy it is, and it's all in one platform, incoming, outgoing and history. I love everything about Melio.

Avantages :

The fact that it is free for ACH and has the integration with QBO. It has become my go to for my clients and bill paying and payment processing. I can track all of there A/R and A/P and submit payments or receive payments with a click of a button, makes it so easy and simple. I recommend to my clients and I use it myself almost daily. I love how it gives you options, you pay the fee or your customer does, they make the call on how they want to be paid via check or ACH. It just makes sense.

Inconvénients :

The fact that the ACH option still takes sometimes 3, 5 or even 7 days to receive does put a strain on cash flow for some clients. The processing of checks also seems to take a really long time, sometimes I will get a bill in and go immediately to setup payment and it states the received date would still be after the due date which makes it frustrating at times. I appreciate the 2 checks a month for free before charging and realize it can't all be free, but it was nice when it was free. I also wish they had more business to person options, not just B2B. This would be super valuable for Non-profits to save on processing fees as well as some MLM businesses.

Took My Client's Money

Commentaires : I WILL NEVER USE MELIO AGAIN! You are like an insurance agency - you only find out how good they are when you file a claim

Melio is great if all you want to do is send out bills and have no issues besides cancelling a check you sent. However, the software started populating vendor names for vendors we NEVER did business with, which ultimately ended up with a check going to the wrong vendor. The vendor called me and notified me of the mistake, but would not cut us a check back or ACH us the money directly. Instead, they said their policy was to send the payment back via the exact same means it was sent to them...BIG MISTAKE! Melio claims they don't have the money and have no way of tracking it (even though I gave them all the info the need to search for it), and on top of that, they REFUSE TO ALLOW ANYONE FROM MELIO TO CALL ME!I have requested multiple times for a manager to call me. They even put in a call request...what happened? They would only respond via email and of course I kept getting representatives. After no less than 25 emails back and forth, I finally got a response from an "accountant manager" who told me there's nothing they can do and they are closing my case. Um, you have over $1200 of my client's money and I have requested multiple times to be called so I can discuss this issue with someone at the company in higher management, and I have flat out been denied! I CONSIDER THIS THEFT!!! Melio has stolen my client's money and won't make it right.You can't call them, and they WON'T CALL YOU! VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH.

Commentaires : Great! I am very happy with all features Melio provides and will recommend it to anyone who needs a payment processing system.

Avantages :

I love Melio. It is very easy to use, and really convenient. I am able to provide more services while spending less time per client. Thank you!

Inconvénients :

I had a problem with a Wire transfer once, I haven't tried it again to know if the issue was fixed. Will update when I use it again.

Great for Saving Money on Credit Card and ACH Charges

Commentaires : Very easy to use.

Avantages :

I love that there is no cost for sending my invoices and having the customer absorb the cost of credit card fees or ACH fees.

Inconvénients :

It's pretty limited and it had an issue once that I canceled a scheduled recurring payment but it continued to send payment to a vendor for months before I noticed. It did send notices via email, however so that is one me. The reason I didn't notice was because the payments were so close together, I thought the notices were the same payment. So when I got both notices, I didn't realize it was two separate payments.

Best way to pay vendors- bar none

Commentaires : Easy to implement, and support is great!

Avantages :

The full integration with in QuickBooks online makes this an easy choice for streamlined and efficient processes.

Inconvénients :

It is difficult to know exactly when a vendor will receive a payment. Should be two days but sometimes has been five days. Especially in the beginning of using the software.

Commentaires : I can pay contractors, keep track of their invoices easily, and also keep track of their total annual payments for my tax purposes much easier.

Avantages :

It's made my life easier keeping track of each contractor and how much I've paid them over the year making taxes less of a hassle.

Inconvénients :

I'd love to see Melio function with Quicken. I'd like more customization for my own branding with creating and how clients see and receive invoices, giving me logos, names, and branding color options.

Commentaires : The software has developed a lot of bugs and customer support is severely lacking. I contacted support a month ago because I get an error message EVERY time I try to process a bill payment. If I log directly into Melio I can see that sometimes it has in fact gone through. Sometimes it does not and I have to initiate the payment directly from Melio. I manually mark the bill as paid in QBO and at some point the bill payment syncs so it looks like I have overpaid every invoice I process via Melio. I then have to go through each and figure out which payment is the correct one to remove from QBO. For smaller issues, I usually figure out a workaround before I ever hear back from support.

Avantages :

I like that is used to sync with Quickbooks

Melio is a good option for teams who are starting with payment softwares.

Commentaires : The fact that Melio charges no subscription fee makes it a strong competitor. In other words, it has the feeling that you only pay for what you use.

Avantages :

The best thing about Melio is that it has no subscription, so you can use it as long as you want, and your vendor don't need a Melio account to receive payments, reducing the gap between.

Inconvénients :

Melio has no mobile app and the support is not the best one.

Melio helps me get my vendors paid easily and on-time FOR FREE!

Avantages :

Melio integrates VERY WELL with QBO. I'm able to set up vendor bills/payments with a simple approval workflow quickly and easily. My vendors can choose how they are paid (paper check or direct deposit) and I can choose how to pay them (bank account or credit card). Paying with a bank account is FREE!

Inconvénients :

I'm finding that my vendor addresses don't carry over from QBO to Melio, so the first time I pay a vendor in Melio I have to type in the vendor address in Melio, even though it's already set up in QBO. It's a minor inconvenience that I'm hopeful Melio will fix. (Their customer support is great!)

Commentaires : Melio has an excellent customer support and resolves any issues quickly.

Avantages :

We choose this product since it seamlessly integrates with our accounting software. It also allows us to send paper checks without the hassle of printing and mailing them.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing really to dislike about the software with how our company is using it right now. I do hope for a much better interface and a more informative dashboard in the future.

Why use Melio with QuickBooks

Avantages :

The built-in integration with QBO and QuickBooks Desktop allow easy flow from invoice entry to payment. The ability to schedule to send either ACH or Check within QuickBooks is critical to our workflow. If we don't have the ACH info the ability to request it securely from the vendor is great

Inconvénients :

No batch payment, the ability to pay more than one bill with a single payment would be a great addition. Also showing how credits are applied to a bill would be extremely helpful. We send a "bill & applied payments" to our vendors so they will know. Just an extra step that we would like to eliminate

Commentaires : I'm excited to use this new platform, the customer service team is fantastic, they immediately respond and they're quick in understanding your 'concern' and will address it accordingly. If it's a new feature idea, they'll let you know that it's been on their list but that other features may currently have priority, appreciate that honesty to not create false hope.

Inconvénients :

I look forward when they allow me to send out a link to new vendors so they can do their own onboarding (put in their contact & bank details) so that I don't have to chase them myself and input manually.

Melio is amazing for small businesses

I think that it syncs seamlessly with quickbooks and it gives us multiple options of how to pay our vendors.

Inconvénients :

We can't do stop payments on our own or change payment method. While your customer support is amazing, I'd like do somethings on my own.

Commentaires : It has been great overall: saves me a lot of time, great price point, and customer service has reached out to me numerous times to tell me about new functions and to check in.

Avantages :

The ease of use is incredible. I simply drop one of my invoices into the software and generate a check within seconds. So much easier than writing checks by hand. Melio has saved me hours in productivity.

Inconvénients :

I would like more integration into Quickbooks. Also, sometimes when you drop a new vendor's invoice, the software doesn't read it correctly.

Commentaires : We use Melio to send all our ACH transfers. You can quickly upload and create bills and schedule payments for whenever they are due. when you send transfers via your business debit card, they arrive to your vendors NEXT DAY! It's super easy and actually fun to use. They also have the ability to pay your vendors via credit card, so they charge your card and deliver the funds to your vendor's bank account for a small fee. It really helps us keep up with cash flow, plus the 2% back from the credit card makes the fee almost non existent. And with the direct connection to Quickbooks Online, its super easy to sync all your vendors, bills and payments, making Melio a perfect bill management application. We'd recommend it to everyone.

Avantages :

- Free to use - Free to send bank transfers - Low cost to send bank transfers by charging a credit card - Perfect bill management application - Gorgeous and responsive UI - Syncs directly with Quickbooks - Quick and responsive support staff

Inconvénients :

Good System - Needs some tweaks

Commentaires : I have onboarded 2 clients. The first one went well. The second one did not. We had to verify the bank account the deposits did not come through. I kept getting different answers from customer service. Sometimes saying they had gone out, and sometimes saying they had not gone out yet. Back and forth. I think it took about 10 days for them to finally send them out. I still don't know why.

Avantages :

Very inexpensive way to send ACH payments. ACH is free. Paying with a CC is not, but that's not surprising. Ability to sync bills/payments to/from Quickbooks Online.

Inconvénients :

All payments/bills have to be paid one at a time even if it's the same vendor. Need a way to pay more than one at once to be more efficient. No good reports to see what payments have been sent out.

Commentaires : Overall my experience with Melio has been a positive one. There were a couple times where I had an issue but I was able to resolve it fairly quickly.

Avantages :

I like that this software directly links with my QuickBooks account. Payments are very easy to be made and are made in a timely manner.

Inconvénients :

I don't like the new feature of how invoices are listed in the inbox. It should be listed in the order that I entered the bills and they are not.

I lead teams with interns and newbies and Melio has saved my sanity!

Avantages :

Simple to set-up, train and use - Melio has been a lifesaver in my accounting team processes. The approval functionality allows for training of interns and newbies with some control and the automated notifications help keep our suppliers informed and happy. Love being able to preschedule payments to pay per supplier terms which helps keep cash in the bank as long as possible yet avoiding late fees.

Inconvénients :

Just wish that there was a notification for suppliers as soon as the payment was set up vs just when it’s sent.
