Avantages:

Cet outil illustre bien le flux de bout en bout. L'illustration est très dynamique et explique efficacement le concept au public cible.Visio est un outil fantastique pour créer des diagrammes et des représentations visuelles pour tout projet d'entreprise. L'outil peut également être utilisé dans les écoles ou les entreprises pour illustrer des flux de données ou créer des schémas fonctionnels. Par exemple, les diagrammes peuvent être facilement exportés ou importés vers d'autres ordinateurs Visio.

Inconvénients:

Bien que Visio dispose de fonctionnalités intéressantes, tous les associés n'ont pas accès à ce logiciel. J'ai trouvé que la meilleure façon de contourner ce problème est de copier mes graphiques dans PowerPoint sous forme d'images. De cette façon, d'autres personnes peuvent rapidement les consulter et les commenter.

Meilleurs outils de conception et de dessin pour toutes les entreprises

Commentaires: Visio est l'un des meilleurs produits conçus par Microsoft. En particulier, j'utilise visio pour mes travaux électriques tels que la conception de circuits, le modèle d'installation électrique au sol, l'analyse des flux de machines, etc. Je suis satisfait à 200% et j'aime toujours l'utiliser pour des projets similaires.

Avantages:

J'utilise Visio depuis mon université. J'utilise Visio sur tous mes projets et missions nécessitant une conception et un dessin. Ma première préférence est Visio et si visio ne peut pas répondre à mes besoins, j'utilise AutoCAD.

Inconvénients:

Il n'y a pas de démérite à ma connaissance. C'est simple à utiliser, bien que certaines fonctionnalités ne soient pas disponibles lors de la comparaison avec la CAO, mais c'est ok à ce prix. Dans l'ensemble, il a des fonctionnalités limitées mais avec une excellente qualité.

Avantages:

Je trouve qu'en Visio Conférence, les participants sont plus concentrés sur les thèmes abordés (pas d'éparpillement). Les autres points positifs: PAS DE FRAIS de déplacement (avion, train, taxi, location de voitures), de séjour (hôtel, restaurant), de planning (séminaires, congrès, soirées festives). De substantielles ECONOMIES sont ainsi faites par l'Entreprise (management, planning, organigramme...). GAIN de TEMPS et d'ARGENT. Le Positif est Dominant.

Inconvénients:

Je note quelques petits points d'ombre liés à la technique INTERNET. Elle peut être parfois défaillante.. Difficultés à se comprendre mutuellement (audition hachée, coupures). Les participants peuvent être gênés et perdre leur motivation et leur persuasion à défendre leurs projets et leurs intérêts en pareille situation. N'associez jamais Téléconférence et Rencontre Virtuelle...

MS Visio

Commentaires: Visio est globalement un excellent outil qui peut être utilisé pour beaucoup de choses, pour organiser le travail avant le début du projet ou même pendant le cycle de vie du projet.

Avantages:

La caractéristique la plus appréciable de Microsoft Visio est son outil de création par glisser-déposer, qui rend le processus de création de diagrammes simple et amusant. Il existe plusieurs formes et modèles préétablis que je peux utiliser dans mon diagramme, ce qui me fait gagner beaucoup de temps. L'interface simplifiée des icônes, elles ne sont pas trop compliquées.

Inconvénients:

Il faut parfois du temps pour l'ouvrir ou le suspendre et il est cher en tant que produit autonome.

Visio - outil de dessin des organigrammes

Commentaires: Selon mon experience, on a utilisé MS Visio afin de créer des organigrammes et des graphiques. Ainsi, on l'a utilisé comme un outil d'importation d'images.

Avantages:

Le plus apprécié dans ce logiciel est que Visio est un MS Office, donc il y a un support Microsoft afin d'obtenir toutes les mises à jour sur le logiciel. Ainsi, ce logiciel est bien utile afin de créer des organigrammes pour illustrer le fonctionnement des choses avec des vues graphiques.

Inconvénients:

Un point faible de ce logiciel qui peut etre ameliorer, c'est la possibilité d'avoir une meilleure integration avec les autres outils Microsoft (par exemple PowerPoint ou Word) afin d'importer des graphiques.

Visio

Commentaires: Utile pour faire des plans d’implantation de réseau informatique avec des données exploitables rapidement.

Avantages:

Simple et pratique d'utilisation pour faire toutes sortes de plans, de schémas et d'organigramme. Il est possible de trouver des formes sur Internet pour de nombreux objets et ainsi avoir des rendus très professionnels.

Inconvénients:

A l'heure actuelle, une fonction 3D serait très appréciée. La compatibilité avec les documents Autocad est très très limitée et fonctionne donc rarement.

Visio

Avantages:

Ce logiciel est parfait pour la gestion d'organigramme et de data, il possède plusieurs fonctionnalités au top !

Inconvénients:

Je n'ai pas rencontré de points faibles avec ce logiciel

Avantages:

Très intéressant à exploiter pour avoir une vue d’ensemble sur un projet et créer une interface originale.

Inconvénients:

Difficile d’exploitation sans formation, manque de couleurs.

De supers diagrammes!

Commentaires: J’adore Visio et j’adore le fait qu’il peut utiliser des sources de donnés provenant de Excel.

Avantages:

J’adore la facilité à faire des supers diagrammes qui répondent à mes besoins. Il est très agréable aussi de pouvoir travailler en équipe et de collaborer sur un même diagramme.

Inconvénients:

Il m’est très difficile de trouver un point négatif. Le seul qui me vient en tête est que Visio n’est pas encore disponible sur Mac.

One The best Diagram Tools out there.

Commentaires: I have been using this software for more than 5 years and the best thing about it is part of the Microsoft family the workflow of the Microsoft product is almost similar and I am pretty much ok with that and it doesn't affect the work I do with good software for my company.

Avantages:

Inconvénients:

Since purchasing Visio, Microsoft has made some really annoying adjustments. Instead of being easily adjustable by default, features like automated snap-to-route and object are significantly slower and heavier than it ever was. Additionally, instead of obeying the rules you specify, the connectors try to guess what you want, which makes workflow far more laborious than it has to be.

Some of the shared programs saved within Visio sometimes do not save properly causing a full start from scratch. 1-2 times out of 10. Still favorable for a great program

Since it maintains the concept of design and use of most of the tools developed by Microsoft, we do not need to invest a lot of time and effort in the adoption of the platform.

Easy to use for IVR Design & Flow chart

Commentaires: Nearly 1.6 years of experience with Visio. Majorly used for IVR design & flow charts.

Avantages:

Most of the shapes are default available. It's like drag and drop method and connection is also easy. Supporting to add notes, text, pictures, and comments. off-page reference is also supported. export as PDF or Visio.

Inconvénients:

Sometimes connecting two shapes will be more difficult.

Avantages:

For me, the most useful functionalities are the network diagram and the org chart. Both of them are great, very useful.You can add devices to the library in order to draw a very professional network diagrams

Inconvénients:

There are other solutions that optimizes the layout and the connection links and with Visio you have the resize everithing and the connections are a nightmire when your diagram/map/chart is more sophisticated.

Visio is an amazing tool for getting ideas from brainstorming to paper

Commentaires: I like Visio, I use it often after meetings, and brainstorming sessions, it is not cheap but better than the online versions.

Avantages:

Is easy to use, and you need no manuals in order to make it work great, if you look around a bit you can get to do amazing stuff quickly.

Inconvénients:

There is not "QA" on templates, you can import anything and Visio will try to make it work, which sometimes is great and sometimes is very bad.

Great tool to draw Flowcharts , Process flows and Network drawings!!

Commentaires: I'm using Visio for my daily work when I need to draw flowcharts, business process and more importantly for network drawings and rack drawings. Early I was using Ms word and powerpoint for these but both of them were unable to deliver what I want so I switch to Ms Visio. Visio is a great tool to get a professional quality output without much effort. GUI is very easy to use and templates cover most of the daily business requirements and even easy to find many templates online and use it. I'm using original stencils for all my drawings ( Network and Rack diagrams )which gives me perfect output. So overall I really recommend MS Visio...

Avantages:

Easier to learn and use it even for a beginner who never used Visio or any proper software. The richness of the templates in the library and even the possibility to download additional templates as per your requirement. Available many stencils with most of the brands (HP, Cisco, Dell, etc.) when using to draw network diagrams.

Inconvénients:

You need to pay separately for license costs even you have Office Professional or Office 365. Need to convert to PDF or another version to view it , if you don't have Visio to see it.

This tool is very easy to use, many features are pretty intuitive, there are countless techniques and procedures, looks like it was built to modeling structures, you can easily export it to a PDF format, and there is a vast library of icons and elements.

Inconvénients:

The main problem with this tool is that the license can be expensive if you are a small company, you cannot share your work to be edited if the other part / customer does not have a Visio license, not included in the suite of Microsoft Office, if you have a very detail or heavy drawing it may crash, and there is no version for MacOs.

Best design and drawing tools for all Business

Commentaires: I am using Visio from my college. I use Visio on my every projects and assignments that required design and drawing. My first preference is Visio and if visio unable to complete my requirements then I useAutoCAD.

Avantages:

Visio is one of the best products design by Microsoft. Specially I am using visio for my electical work like circuit design, floor electical installation model, machine flow analysis etc. I am 200% satisfied and always love to use for similar projects.

Inconvénients:

There is no demerites as far I know. It ia simple to use, though some features are not avaialble while comparing with CAD but it is ok in this price. Overall it has limited features but with excellent quality.
