Serbian prime minister Aleksandar Vucic was named by his conservative SNS party as candidate for the presidential election due in April or May, interior minister Nebojsa Stefanovic told journalists on Tuesday. Vucic, who is a a pro-European, was chosen by the party's leadership body on Tuesday, over current president Tomislav Nikolic, who is fiercely pro-Russian.
