They are new and they need time to work out the kinks.  Six of us went there on Sunday for breakfast/brunch - and we left 2 hours later, and I never did get my food (true for half the table). The manager was trying to help, but was obviously dealing with fires everywhere.  I wish I could get my time back.  While our waiter was most defiantly overwhelmed - the problems run deeper from people not knowing what comes with the dishes, poor descriptions on the menu, and just overall poor se vice from seating to keeping the coffee brewing - and well overall communications.  Add to that the high price of food, and service misses the expectations mark on a massive scale.  And it's hard to comment on the food when you never got your order and lost two hours of your life in the process.

BTW: responses are nice -  but that doesn't change the fact the McDonalds would have supplied a better breakfast in 2% of the time with a cost in-line with expected quality and service.  How a premium place like this goes live in such a bad state is really shocking.

I will be back for their all-you-can-eat buffet during the week from 11-3 I believe or somewhere between those hours. Only thing is that it is all chicken, no fish, beef, goat, shrimp or pork, but does include chicken done all types of ways.

I ordered the Calaloo with Salt Fish and a Goat Roti to go for later and was pleasantly surprised by the taste of both dishes. I wasn't expecting as much goat  because I know that the roti includes potato and they goat to potato ratio was about 3:1 and no complaints from me. The customer service was Top Notch from the greeting when i walked in to my departure. I loved that the staff was swayinh with the music and they worked their magic to get you plate ready! Again, this is a return to spot immediately!!!

Definitely something different from the norm. The place has a somewhat fancy feel with table cloths, glasses, pictures in the wall, etc. Not going to go into the history of uyghur food or culture cause anyone could Wikipedia that stuff. This place is a mix of Asian and middle eastern cuisine.

Everyone in my group ordered the dry-fried laghman. I specifically had it mild with lamb. The dry-fried laghman were thick noodles, similar to lo me which had sesame seeds, peppers, and lamb with it. The dish was very tasty, as I did not find it to be too spicy at all. We also ordered the Amanni style meat nan which was good. A little too greasy, but flavorful nevertheless. It is basically nan bread with beef in between both pieces of bread. In addition, we ordered the Turkish tea. Not sure what the difference was between Turkish tea and the regular everyday tea.

Service was okay. They took awhile to bring out the tea. However, they did refill my water without me having to ask. They also took quite sometime to get our check, but I suppose that was okay since we were in no rush.

Overall, it is a good experience if you want something unique or want to feel cultured. However, it's going to cost you, as everything is a la carte. Plan on spending at least $20 per person.
