Physical goods on Bandcamp are manufactured and fulfilled by the artists and labels on the site, not by Bandcamp itself. As such, if you’d like an update on the status of your order, you’ll need to be in touch with the seller directly by clicking the “Contact” link on their Bandcamp page (or in your Bandcamp receipt).
First, check to make sure you’ve waited long enough for the package to arrive. Head over to the item’s page and look for the “ships out in [x] days” part of the description. This is the number of days it may take for the seller or fulfillment house to ship out your item. If it’s still within that timeframe, sit tight, your order will begin its journey soon.
You’ll also need to give the package sufficient time to travel from its place of origin to you. You’ll find the artist’s location in the bio on their music page. Please keep in mind:
You can send the artist a message by clicking the “Contact” link on their Bandcamp page or in your Bandcamp receipt.
Finally, if you’ve contacted the seller but haven’t received a response, open a dispute through PayPal (if you made your purchase through PayPal) or contact Bandcamp support (if you made your purchase on Bandcamp using a credit or debit card or a Bandcamp gift card).
PayPal’s Buyer Protection Period covers your purchase up to 180 days from the date of the sale. Opening a dispute will alert PayPal to the missing order, and ensure that you either receive your package or receive a refund. To open a dispute, follow the instructions here.
Please email the seller directly by clicking the “Contact” link on their Bandcamp page (or using the link in your Bandcamp receipt). Don’t forget to mention your name, the item you purchased, and if possible, the transaction ID (you’ll find that at the bottom of your Bandcamp receipt).
If you need to change anything about your order you’ll need to contact the seller directly. You’ll find a “Contact” link on their Bandcamp page and in your Bandcamp receipt. Please keep in mind that it may not be possible to change your order after it has been placed.
Contact the seller directly to work out an exchange or request a refund. To do so click the “Contact” link on their Bandcamp page or in your Bandcamp receipt. In the unlikely event you don’t hear back from the seller, consider opening a dispute over that payment through PayPal if you made your payment through PayPal. If you completed your purchase using a using a credit card, debit card, or gift card on Bandcamp, please contact Bandcamp support.
