Installation March 6 - 17, 2017

Victor Ekpuk, a Nigerian American artist, will paint a mural for the new African art galleries between March 6 and 17. His art is inspired by nsibidi, a sacred means of communication among male secret societies in southeastern Nigeria.

 

 


Rotunda Projects:
Nnenna Okore

November 16, 2016 - September 10, 2017

Nnenna Okore (b.1975) is the second artist selected for the Rotunda Projects series. Working with burlap, she fashions abstract objects inspired by textures, colors, and landscapes from her immediate environment.

Creating Connections Through Art Therapy
