I really like the castin craft ones I have as well as the powders I received from a fan. but you can also use food coloring and latex paint. Don't be afraid to experiment a see what works for you.

I've never turn antler, but I've heard it's very hard. And smelly if I recall. Would love to see rattlesnake skin shed. I bet that looks amazing.

You could. But you would still need to polish it out. the resin doesn't prodouce a clean edge when cut.

Thanks! It is quite hard! It feels similar to plastic, but will "write" on hard surfaces, so I think the finish is important.
