The lady said she can’t do much today as it’s a Sunday. What I really wasn’t happy with is that she said a transfer may cost us?! It should be the other way round. We should be looked after due to the start of our holiday being ruined

Just found out someone is trying to call us. We need this sorted ASAP. After a bit of research we’ve found out this hotel has previous with these issues. This needs to be sorted or this will go a lot further.
