Some Ontario workplaces include legal insurance as part of employee benefits. The Canadian Auto Workers Union has offered it to members for quite a while: macleans.ca/news/canada/ho… We didn't get to discuss it w/our panel, but it's an interesting way of increasing #accesstojustice!

Fun fact: When Beverley McLachlin was a new Supreme Court judge, she saw this painting in a colleague's office and recognized it to be of where she grew up in #Alberta.
