    Jeremy Stoppelman

    Jeremy founded Yelp in 2004 with Russel Simmons, a former colleague at PayPal. Jeremy continues to drive the vision and product experience for the company, personally overseeing product development among other aspects of the business. Prior to Yelp, Jeremy completed his first year of Harvard Business School, but dropped out after founding the company. Before attending business school Jeremy was VP of engineering at PayPal. He holds a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Illinois.

    Geoff Donaker

    Geoff joined Yelp in 2005 to head business development and has been COO since 2006. In his current role, Geoff oversees the company's business operations including sales, marketing and administration. Prior to Yelp, he held several roles at eBay, most recently as Director of International Categories. He was previously a manager at Excite, Classifieds2000, Voter.com and Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman). Geoff holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.

    Lanny Baker

    Lanny joined Yelp in 2016 and oversees corporate finance, accounting, investor relations and real estate functions. Prior to joining Yelp, Lanny was Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of ZipRealty, an online real estate brokerage and technology company. Lanny served as the Chief Financial Officer for online recruitment pioneer Monster Worldwide, where he helped propel Monster’s international expansion. For 15 years earlier in his career, Lanny was a sell-side research analyst covering the Internet, Online Media and Publishing industries. Lanny is a Director at XO Group, a life-stage digital media company and was previously a Director of HomeAway, an online vacation rental company. Lanny earned a B.A. in History from Yale College.

    Jed Nachman

    Jed joined Yelp in 2007 to lead the company’s sales team. He became Chief Revenue Officer in 2016, after serving as Yelp’s Senior Vice President of Revenue. He is responsible for leading the overall revenue line for Yelp including the Local Sales Segment, National Sales Team, Customer Success Organization, Revenue Operations, and go to market strategy across 6 offices globally. Prior to Yelp, Jed spent seven years in senior sales roles for Yahoo! HotJobs, most recently as Director of Corporate Sales for the Western Region. He began his career in the Venture Services Group of investment bank Robertson Stephens. Jed holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Colorado.

    Senior Vice President, Legal and User Operations, General Counsel and Secretary
    Laurence Wilson

    Laurence joined Yelp in 2007 as General Counsel and is responsible for the company's legal and regulatory affairs. Before that, he ran the legal and business development teams at Xoom Corporation, an online money transfer company. Laurence received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, and speaks frequently on emerging issues in technology law.

    Erica Galos Alioto

    Erica joined Yelp in 2006 as the company’s second Account Executive and in 2015 became Yelp’s Senior Vice President of Local Sales. She is responsible for managing and directing the company’s growing sales department. Prior to joining Yelp, Erica was an associate at Latham and Watkins for four years and also founded and ran a swimwear company. Erica received her undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara and her J.D. from UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law.

    Colleen Curtis

    Colleen joined Yelp in 2008 as the company’s second Community Manager in Chicago. After being promoted to lead expanding Community Management teams in both the Midwest and East Coast, she moved to London to build upon expansion efforts in Europe. As Vice President of European Marketing, she is now responsible for overseeing all of Yelp’s marketing and community management efforts in Europe. Prior to joining the Yelp team, Colleen began her career managing all marketing activities at Camins Tomasz Kritt, a boutique Commercial Real Estate firm in Chicago. Colleen holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago.

    Shannon Eis

    Shannon joined Yelp in 2015 to lead Corporate Communications where she oversees consumer and corporate public relations strategies across traditional and new media channels. Shannon has over 16 years of experience leading communications programs within corporate, consumer and non-profit sectors, including over a decade of experience as a media contributor for national outlets. Prior to Yelp, Shannon held progressive communications roles at MWW Group and Condé Nast, and managed successful communications programs for Deloitte Consulting, LeapFrog Inc. and Skype. Shannon holds degrees and certifications in psychology and public affairs from Florida State University and New York University.

    Mike Ghaffary

    Mike joined Yelp in 2010 as the Director of Business Development, leading partnerships with Apple, Microsoft, BMW, and several others. He became CEO of Yelp Eat24 in 2015, after serving as Yelp’s Vice President of Business and Corporate Development. Prior to Yelp, Mike was the Director of Business Development at TrialPay, the co-founder and Vice President of Business Development at Stitcher, and Vice President at Summit Partners. He also co-founded the iPhone app BarMax, and previously wrote code at MSC Software. Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. from the University of Southern California, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Prior to Yelp, Matt worked 10 years in Consumer Internet at eBay (Vice President of Global Trust & Safety), Omidyar Network (Partner) and Ning (EVP). Previously Matt was a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group where he helped technology clients with issues of strategy and corporate development. Matt holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

    Pete Hancock

    Pete Hancock joined Yelp in 2006 as an early member of the sales team. As Vice President of National Sales, he is responsible for leading Yelp's efforts with Mid-Market, Franchise and National Accounts. During his time at Yelp, Pete has led key initiatives in local sales, sales training and office expansion as the company has scaled the sales organization. Prior to Yelp, he held various sales and management positions at Black & Decker. Pete holds a B.S. in Business Marketing and Management from the University of Delaware.

    Luther Lowe

    Luther joined Yelp in 2008 as an account executive on the company’s sales team and a year later moved into the role of Manager of Business Outreach, where he built a department that educates small business owners about the importance of Yelp. Since 2011, Luther has led public policy at the company. As Vice President of Public Policy, he manages and directs the company’s global outreach to policy makers about the vital role Yelp plays in driving economic activity to local businesses while serving as a platform to empower and protect consumers. Previously, Luther worked as a Special Assistant to retired four-star General Wesley Clark. He holds a B.A. in government from The College of William & Mary.

    Jose Martin

    Jose joined Yelp in 2013 to lead the company’s global Human Resources function. Jose was most recently Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the University of Phoenix and brings over 20 years of progressive human resources experience to Yelp. He’s held senior executive roles at CNET Networks (now CBS Interactive), Electronic Arts (EA) and Adobe Systems, where he initiated long-term strategies for growth, was a key architect in shaping global talent management systems and culture, and oversaw the integration of numerous company acquisitions. Jose holds a B.S. in business from San Francisco State University.

    Todd Miner

    Todd joined Yelp in 2013 to oversee all IT and corporate systems. As Vice President of Corporate Infrastructure, Todd ensures that Yelp’s internal systems and processes continue to scale globally. Prior to joining Yelp, Todd enjoyed four years at Facebook leading Sales & Marketing IT as well as Developer Support Engineering. Previously, Todd worked as a director at both eBay and PayPal and began his career consulting with several high-tech companies at Accenture. Todd holds a B.A. in Computer Science with a minor in French from the University of California at Berkeley.

    Brian joined Yelp in 2015 to oversee Consumer Marketing, leading the company’s broad-reach programs (including television & video), online & mobile direct response activities, social media, and market research globally. Prior to Yelp, Brian's 20 years of consumer marketing experience included roles at Shutterfly, Walmart.com, PayPal, eBay, and Kraft Foods. Brian holds a BA in Political Science from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

    Vivek Patel

    Vivek joined Yelp’s product management team in 2009 and led international product expansion. As VP of Business Products, he is now responsible for building Yelp’s revenue generating products. Prior to joining Yelp, Vivek was Director of Product Management at SugarSync, an online backup and synchronization service. Vivek began his career as an entrepreneur and co-founded a company that developed Blazer, one of the first mobile web browsers for PalmOS. The company was acquired by Handspring and Blazer shipped as the default web browser on Treo smartphones. Vivek received a B.S. in computer science and a M.A. in learning, design, and technology from Stanford University.

    Chad Richard

    Chad joined Yelp in 2015 and is focused on business development and acquisitions. He brings over 20 years of experience creating and marketing emerging technologies to mass consumer audiences. Prior to Yelp, Chad spent six years at Apple as Senior Director of Worldwide Product Marketing focused on Apple’s operating systems and internet services. Prior to Apple, he cofounded and was CEO of Simple Star, a photo and video software and services company that was acquired by Roxio. Chad was hired by Macromedia as Executive Producer and helped to spin out online entertainment portal Shockwave.com which was acquired by MTV Networks. Earlier in his career, he was cofounder and CEO of Soundz.com and All-Info. Chad studied Economics and Japanese at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

    Andrea Rubin

    Andrea joined Yelp in 2006 as the company’s first Community Manager in Chicago and was later promoted to lead the expanding Community Management team for the Midwest. Now, as Senior Vice President of Marketing, she is now responsible for overseeing all of Yelp’s marketing and community management efforts in North America. Prior to joining the Yelp team, Andrea oversaw national marketing initiatives as the Event Marketing Manager for CareerBuilder.com. Andrea holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Northwestern University.

    Vice President, Consumer and Mobile Products
    Eric Singley

    Eric joined Yelp in November 2007 as a Product Manager focused primarily on Yelp’s search and consumer products. Starting in 2008, he was the first product manager and designer for Yelp’s apps for iPhone, Android and iPad. He now oversees all of Yelp’s consumer-facing products including mobile, web, search and international. Prior to Yelp, he worked as a product manager, UI designer and software engineer. Eric holds a B.S. in Computing & Information Systems and a minor in Psychology from Northwestern University.

    Vince Sollitto

    Vince joined Yelp in 2009. He is responsible for overseeing all corporate communications and government relations. Vince has nearly 20 years of experience in communications in technology and politics. He was Vice President of Communications at PayPal, from the launch of the service until its sale to eBay. Most recently, he led communications efforts at search start-up Cuil, and the California Chamber of Commerce before that. Vince has also served as a spokesman for California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, a US Senator, a Congressman and the US House Homeland Security Committee. He has a B.A. in public policy studies and political science from Duke University.

    Michael Stoppelman

    Michael joined Yelp in 2007 as a software engineer to help to rebuild the search engine. Over the years, Michael was promoted to more senior roles and led developer recruiting. As Senior Vice President of Engineering, he is now responsible for overseeing the company’s rapidly expanding engineering team and leads the company’s technical recruiting efforts. Prior to Yelp, Michael was a senior software engineer and tech lead for the AdSense Traffic Quality team at Google. Michael holds a B.S. in computer science from Purdue University.

    Miriam Warren

    Miriam joined Yelp in 2007 as the company's first Community Manager in Washington, D.C. After being promoted to oversee the East Coast Community Management team, she moved to London to establish Yelp's Europe beachhead as the Vice President of European Marketing. Now, as Vice President of New Markets, she oversees the company's expansion efforts internationally including recent launches of Yelp in France, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden and Denmark. Prior to joining Yelp, Miriam worked in executive search and talent acquisition, most recently at McKesson. Miriam holds a B.A. in ethnic studies from Mills College.

    Jami Zakem

    Jami joined Yelp in February 2008 as a Sales Manager and a year later moved into the role of Director of Account Management to build the post-sales client support function. As VP of Customer Success, her teams are responsible for supporting the businesses that advertise on Yelp in both North America and internationally. Prior to Yelp she worked at other tech and non-profit startups in various leadership roles. Jami holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Washington University in St. Louis.
