Let me start of by saying, me and my husband are big fans of Chimborazo! So every time we go to some Colombian, Ecuadorian place we try to see if it will surpass Chimborazo. We both are vegetarians so our order in all Colombian restaurants is pretty much the same, and that also makes it easy to compare.
