When down on her son’s farm, my sister keeps busy collecting and cleaning eggs as I previously blogged. But, I didn’t have any pictures of the hens. So she graciously sent a couple.
Note, they aren’t as cute as the pigs. Fancy hens are though these aren’t that.
And the eggs in process of being cleaned. I don’t envy her the work.
I do miss her though We had fun despite the endless shredding papers I never got around to and cleaning the bedrooms. Hardest was back bedroom cause after we got it all clean and tidy with room to walk around in, my daughter would fill it up. Now she’s moved out, there’s plenty of room everywhere. It is nice.
I do miss my family. Both here and in Canada, back East and down South. Some I haven’t seen in years cause I just can’t afford to visit. Or call as my landline phone died and I haven’t gotten it replaced. May be just a break in a cable. I’ll try to replace it so I can call.
Do reconnect with family members, even ones you may have issues with if you can. You never know. #LIGHTtheWORLD
