another reason is all operation hardware on motherboard so one bit failure is non-repairable and not reliable

+Steve Russe part of the high level of crime in ghettos is perpetuated intentionally from our government I agree the people who don't do anything to solve this are just as much as fault.

The crime level itself could be evened out by the legalization of drugs and prostitution which by itself would strangle out the gangs by taking away any profit form they have. Establishing regulations on that would than free up police resources to investigate and crack down on the things we can't legalize like home invasions and human trafficking
