For decades prosecutors have manipulated lax bail and discovery laws in New York State to drive mass incarceration. This is the reason we need to change the laws. TBH prosecutors shouldn't even be at the table on criminal justice reform.

Not only Jane Doe but the countless other women detained and incarcerated in jails and prisons across the country who are sexually assaulted. is at crisis levels in this country but because it happens in jails and prisons no one wants to talk about it
