All the Appeal Avenues are cul de sacs filled with people wishing to keep their cosy lives and jobs even if their being complicit with a corrupt process leaves someone who is innocent convicted and often incarcerated by a school of evil selfish cowards often linked to Masons.

I may be just a little bit cross....”The approach of the current Court of Appeal to appeals logically must mean that we are being asked to accept that the law doesn’t matter.... “

"In Jogee, the Supreme Court said that the lowering of the mental element from intention to foresight was an ‘error’. It wasn’t. The courts of England and Wales made a policy decision that enabled the police to round up gangs of people."

Also important to note: by withholding/ suppressing the DNA evidence, not only was the wrong man jailed for 17 years, but the REAL rapist went free (as in the wrongful murder conviction of Stefan Kizsko.) Miscarriages deny everyone justice.

Mr Nealon was given a life sentence with a minimum tariff of seven years for attempted rape but ended up serving17 years because he refused to admit to the crime or take part in rehabilitation courses. WHY SHOULD HE ADMIT TO SOMETHING HE HAS NOT DONE.

Victor Nealon served an extra 10 yrs on sentence because he protested his innocence. outrageously refused him compensation & he - together with - have taken their fight to the . Judgment expected imminently. Lets hope it does the decent thing.

'Victor Nealon never sd have been prosecuted never mind convicted': me & Sophie Barnes in on latest twist. 5 yrs post-release, it emerges that police misled both CPS & abt DNA test that led to conviction being overturned after 17yrs
