We rarely want to end up in court, but what happens when we get there can have a significant impact on our lives. Shouldn’t we all have the right to be properly represented?

Law students are qualifyng with upwards of £60k debt. Fees such as this are insulting & mean criminal work will be almost impossible for those without supportive families /partners. It also reverses the efforts made to improve diversity in the professions

Statistically, these men will have MULTIPLE women in their lives - wives, daughters, mothers, sisters, co-workers - who've been sexually assaulted. Those women have almost certainly not talked to these men about it. And that's the problem, right there.

The rule of law relies on people being prepared to attend court to give evidence. Those who pursue the subordination of justice to administration have created this phenomenon in order to pretend that there is 'under-utilisation' of courts, in turn to justify closing them down.
