When you purchase merchandise through an artist’s Bandcamp page it is manufactured and shipped by that artist, not Bandcamp. If you’d like an update on the status of your order, you’ll need to be in touch with the artist directly by clicking the “Contact” link on the right-hand side of their music page (or in your Bandcamp receipt).
First, check to make sure you’ve waited long enough for the package to arrive. Head over to the item’s page and look for the “ships out in [x] days” part of the description. This is the number of days it may take for the item to leave the fulfillment house (or the artist’s basement). If it’s still within that timeframe, sit tight, your order will begin its journey soon.
