"Smart" apartments are spying on everything we do

Coming to an apartment and home near you, "smart' sensors that spy on everything we do.

According to the video, IOTAS's CEO, Sce Pike claims their surveillance technology allows your home to know you and becomes your ALLY! If spying on us in our homes is considered our ally then I've got a 'bridge' to sell you in Arizona.  Fyi, IOTAS is also dba as pluscitizen.com.

IOTAS’s partners with property developers and owners, to install apartments with smart outlets, light switches, and motion sensors before they're rented. The typical IOTAS apartment has about 40 sensors in it!

Good luck trying to op-out of a "smart" apartment filled with over 40 surveillance devices. Sorry, I meant 40 "smart" sensors. Esource, reveals how truly invasive IOTAS's "smart" sensors really are...

Click here to see IOTAS's mobile app.

Don't forget many of these "smart" devices use biometrics like voice, facial recognition and fingerprints. Would you willingly give the government, sorry I meant private corporations your biometrics?

IOTAS will soon be coming to a property near you....

"In the coming months we'll be rolling out a beta program with partner properties across the country, and can't wait for you be involved."

"Smart" apartments aren't about saving energy, they're really just "smart" ways to CONTROL & spy on EVERYONE.

Utility companies also want to profit from spying on renters and homeowners...

"With the ability to control (and measure in real time) the majority of energy end uses within a rental unit, IOTAS’ system may potentially offer the ability to yield substantial energy savings, and the company is already in discussions with a major utility around setting up a multifamily pilot program later this summer..."

A look at IOTAS's 'partners' page reveals "smart" sensors are all about control...

"Right now entrepreneurs everywhere are bringing to life everyday objects by integrating smart technology; allowing us to learn, control and enhance our daily experience."

Seriously, who wouldn't want to invite the government and private businesses into your apartment and home? Is this another sick DHS joke?

IOTAS's website also reveals there's a financial interest behind spying on everyone...

"The business opportunity is enormous, estimated by some to be $70 billion by 2018 with as much as 9 billion new connected devices. This movement is coming to the home in a big way, and IOTAS will help lead the way for rental properties."

"Iota" is the ninth letter in the Greek alphabet and it means not an iota of truth, keep that in mind the next time they claim "smart" apartments are more efficient.

When there's so much money to be made you can bet utility companies and the government want a piece of the action.

A report by Juniper Research predicts "smart" homes will generate $100 billion by 2020 with over 20 million connected (spying) appliances by 2020.

Statista predicts American "smart" home revenue to grow to $22.4 billion in the U.S.

Even insurance companies want to spy on you in your home...

"The company has also seen interest from property management firms looking for unique ways to appeal to potential customers, as well as from insurance companies that might be able to use some of the data..."

Renters will have to PAY for the privilege of being spied on...

"IOTAS believes that the real estate industry has untapped monetization opportunities, and wants to be the connector between players in this area. To prove it, IOTAS will share 10% of gross revenue gained from the resident subscription of our service..."

Isn't that wonderful, residents will be forced to PAY to use IOTAS and as an added bonus, IOTAS will give owners a 10% cut!

But what if IOTAS's "smart" sensors break or stop working? Won't owners have to send their maintenance people in to fix it? Nope, IOTAS will send their own "support staff" to fix any broken "smart" sensors.

Another company called NWP Services Corporation provides smart metering, locks, thermostats and billing services to apartment renters and real estate owners.

Renters are billed extra for every apartment that uses NWP.

“For some properties this is just going to be the ticket for entry but for others there is going to be a clear [return on investment]. It feels like the market is now ready for this” Ron Reed NWP's CEO said.

NWP processes approximately one million bills per month!

Whether it's "convergent billing, utility billing etc., NWP charges renters a fee...

"Each resident remits their payment to NWP, either online through our electronic payment processing program or by mail. NWP then transfers the funds into the property’s bank account, less the billing fees. Where regulations allow, fees are generally passed on to the residents, so there is often no charge to the property."

Fortune magazine revealed the true driving force behind "smart" apartments is corporate and owner profit...

"Connected lights, which could be set to go off when the resident isn’t home or turn on when night falls, are harder to justify, although NWP is trying to come up with a financial rationale."

Esource, also revealed there's so much money to be made Apple, Google and Comcast are developing "smart" ways to bill renters and owners...

"Although it’s certainly a young company emerging into a field already seeing extensive activity by major players like Apple, Google, and Comcast, IOTAS seems to have a fairly mature offering and a sufficiently different approach..."

The new Amazon Echo is a voice command "smart" device that has a SEVEN piece microphone array which listens to every spoken word!

"Amazon Echo runs on Amazon Web Services. In the default mode the device continuously listens to all speech, monitoring for the wake word to be spoken.'

"High speech accuracy is achieved through sophisticated natural language processing (NLP) algorithms built into the Echo's text-to-speech (TTS) engine."

Foreign governments are spying on 'suspicious Americans'

The war on terror is out of control!

Foreign governments are now being given information about 'suspicious Americans'.

President Obama told reporters that a new arrangement “will allow our personnel to pass threat information, including on [Islamic State], to our French partners even more quickly and more often.”

He did not provide details, but officials said France will gain access to communications intercepts and other raw intelligence at a level close to that provided to America’s English-speaking allies: Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

This means our government is allowing foreign governments to spy on Americans.

The CIA/DHS is also letting Russia spy on 'suspicious Americans'..

"In Washington, CIA Director John O. Brennan said he is seeking to strengthen counter-terrorism intelligence sharing with Russia..."

What part of the Constitution allows foreign governments to spy on 'suspicious Americans'?

According to the LA Times article, Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch admitted there are only about a dozen Americans ACCUSED of aiding the Islamic State.

Attempting to justify European nations spying on Americans, Brennan said "European intelligence agencies are overwhelmed by the need to identify and monitor potential terrorism suspects."

If there are only about a DOZEN 'suspicious Americans' in the entire U.S., why does the FBI have open investigations in every state on U.S. citizens?

An anonymous law enforcement official, wants a gullible public to believe ISIS is targeting school kids and the mentally ill...

“They’re (ISIS) targeting the school-shooter types, the mentally ill, people with dysfunctional families and those struggling to cope with different issues,” said one senior law enforcement official who spoke on the condition of anonymity."

According the NY Times, "...the FBI does not have explicit requirements to determine who should be monitored..."

"FBI agents watch and wait, looking for some sign that yesterday’s angry man with a gun is about to become today’s terrorist. That is why investigators have moved to arrest people early..."

4th., Amendment be damned!

Warning, if you see a parent taking pictures of their kid(s) with Santa make sure to report their suspicious behavior to police!

But it gets even crazier, a website called "Scan For Safety" has made a game out of identifying 'suspicious Americans' at airports, bus terminals and train stations!

The game let's users "look around" and click on 'suspicious Americans' and items before time runs out. It has three difficulty levels, easy, medium and hard.

What can we do you ask? Demand CHANGE, SPEAK OUT, DO SOMETHING, we need to stop this corporate sponsored EVERYONE'S A SUSPECT monster.

(Updated) Law enforcement admits they're arresting people based on ideology to 'get them off the streets'

A recent CNN article about increased illegal government wiretaps reveals, police are arresting Americans based on their IDEOLOGY!

The FBI plans closer monitoring of suspected ISIS sympathizers, including more wiretaps, as a way to guard against potential threats in the U.S., after the Paris attacks, two U.S. law enforcement officials told CNN.

All our government needs to do is SUSPECT you of being an ISIS sympathizer and you can be arrested!

If that doesn't scream POLICE STATE then, what does?

Even though police don't have a SINGLE shred of evidence, they want the public to believe it's for everyone's safety...

"There's no indication of actual plots in the U.S., so these steps are precautionary, the officials said."

"Some subjects will get increased monitoring and that will include additional wiretaps."

"In some cases we just needed to get people off the streets," one senior law enforcement official said.

FOX News contributor and Ex-NYPD cop Bo Dietl called for surveillance of American Muslims and says police should stop worrying about people’s rights...

"We broke so many, plots by eavesdropping on these radical Mosques. We've got to do it again. And let's stop worrying about people's rights" Dietl said.

Does Dietl work for DHS?  You be the judge, under LinkedIn's 'Bo also knows about' section, 192  people have endorsed Dietl for DHS!

Updated 11/19:

Last week, I reported how your social, political and religious views are now deemed suspicious by police.

"The Berkley Police Review Commission in California admits DHS run Fusion Centers are tracking American's social, political and religious views."

And yesterday, police kicked four passengers off a plane because they looked Middle Eastern and were watching the news on their smartphones.

"Four people were removed from a Chicago-bound flight in Baltimore Tuesday morning, and the plane delayed for three hours, after a woman became suspicious of a man who appeared to be of Middle Eastern descent and who was watching the news on his phone, according to authorities and several passengers."

The cops forced them off the plane and then had it evacuated so they could search it. All because of a bogus Suspicious Activity Report!

Sgt. Jonathan Green, a spokesman for the Maryland Transportation Authority said:

"Everything added up to create a situation where she felt concerned," Green said of the witness. "Everything was done in the interest of safety."

There's that old party line, we're doing it for your safety!

"Our job is to respond to his (flight captain) request to remove the four individuals, and we took them to the station, interviewed all four of them, and we felt there was no indication of any criminal activity or violations.”

Did you catch that? They (police) are just following orders, they no longer ask questions or verify a persons' paranoia, that they CREATED! Police are arresting anyone the public alleges to be suspicious and bring them in for questioning!

If any of this sounds familiar see the pictures below.

It's only going to get worse, last week I reported that DHS/Police are training school kids to spy on their classmates:

The "Project Safe Campus" (PSC) program is an anonymous CASH rewards program that pays students $100.00 to spy on fellow classmates!

According to a statement from Detroit public schools...

"The goal of PSC is to increase the number of anonymous tips coming from the schools. Students who give tips that result in disciplinary action can earn $100 cash rewards."

This program incentivizes schools and universities to spy on students.

Below, are pictures of two recent Police States that arrested people based on their ideology:

The Russian secret police known as the NKVD arrested and murdered thousands of people.

Cablevision, AT&T, Verizon etc., can block content they don't like

According to the FCC's "Open Internet Order" commissioner Ajit Pai, admits broadband providers may soon ban free speech or block speech they don't approve of! There are currently 34 broadband providers in the U.S.

“The commission ominously warned that ‘threats to Internet openness remain today,’ that broadband providers ‘hold all the tools necessary to deceive consumers, degrade content or disfavor the content that they don’t like,’ and that the FCC continues ‘to hear concerns about other broadband provider practices involving blocking or degrading third-party applications,'” FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai said.

What Pai failed to mention is that broadband providers have a monopoly on subscribers.

“Instead of providing any specific guidance, he analogized the FCC to a football referee and said that it would throw the flag if it saw behavior that it didn’t like. That answer, I would submit, is the very definition of regulatory uncertainty” Pai said.

“There are a lot of people who just don’t like the fact that the Internet is a completely unregulated marketplace in terms of the freedom of speech. “And there are some speech that people just don’t like or they think that it should be regulated because it has an outsized effect on public discourse, and the Drudge Report is one of those” Pai said.

YouTube is a sad example of private companies censoring the internet...

"If your video uses content controlled by rightsholders, and they object to that use, YouTube will take your video offline and won't restore it unless you can get the rightsholder's permission. Because the takedown isn't subject to the DMCA, the rightsholder has no legal obligations to consider whether your use is a lawful fair use."

YouTube's "Content ID" system automatically checks videos that are uploaded against a backlog of copyrighted content, and alerts rights holders when it finds an infringement.

Google's Adsense also censors internet content...

“If your site has content which you wouldn’t be comfortable viewing at work or with family members around, then it probably isn’t an appropriate site for Google ads,” according to Google’s guidance for “Adult Content.”

There’s a chilling effect here... A corporate gatekeeper that treats news like offensive or adult content risks stifling free speech" Daniel McCarthy, editor of The American Conservative said.

“Advertisers have always been free to withdraw support from a news organization when they’re embarrassed by its reporting, but Google is more than just an advertiser: AdSense is the Internet’s largest advertising network, and the only reason it’s the Internet’s largest ad network is because of Google’s market power as a provider of search engine and other services integral to most Americans’ web use,” says McCarthy.

"Humans are complicated. The truth isn't something you can detect with a machine… Back in the Dark Ages, they would force criminals to hold a red hot iron to see if it burned them. If it did, it meant you were lying."

Truthful people fail polygraphs all the time, just because they're sweaty and nervous. And all you have to do to beat it is stay super chill. Criminals do it all the time. Some infamous examples include Gary Ridgway, aka the Green River Killer..."

"Larson [the inventor of the polygraph] became so horrified by law enforcement's unscientific use of his device, he would go on to call the polygraph machine, 'a Frankenstein's monster.'"

"And that's awful, because this BS is still embedded in our legal system. Massachusetts uses [the polygraph] to establish probable cause. Florida requires sex offenders take the test."

DHS claims terrorists could be impersonating cops

According to a recent DHS/FBI National Counter Terrorism bulletin terrorists are impersonating police.

"Two disrupted plots in Europe earlier this year highlight terrorists possible interest in impersonating first responders through the acquisition of authentic or fraudulent uniforms, equipment, vehicles, and other items which may be associated with government, military, law enforcement, fire, and emergency services personnel. We cannot rule out that terrorists possibly could consider using this tactic in the Homeland to conduct an attack, perform surveillance, facilitate escape, or other operational activity. These items can be acquired legally at local or online retailers, through theft, or counterfeit manufacture."

"In April 2015, French authorities disrupted a potential terrorist plot after responding to a call for medical help at a residence in Paris from a purported victim who falsely claimed he had been wounded by an armed thief. A subsequent search of his vehicle and home turned up multiple firearms, ammunition, bulletproof vests, police armbands, notes on potential targets, and other suspicious items suggesting he may have been planning to attack a church in France."

"In January 2015, Belgian police raided a safe house in Verviers, Belgium where a firefight ended in the deaths of two suspects and disrupted what authorities described as an imminent terrorist plot against an unknown target. Police searches uncovered police uniforms—among a host of other weapons and fraudulent identification documentsraising concern that the suspects may have been seeking to impersonate law enforcement. The exact target and purpose of the uniforms is unknown."

"The exact target and purposes of the uniforms is unknown." Of course, DHS and the mass-media know what their purpose is. Why do you think no one has mentioned it?

It's been close to three months since the DHS bulletin came out. Why hasn't the public been made aware that terrorists could be disguised as law enforcement? The HOMELAND is in mortal danger, why isn't there panic in the streets?

DHS/Police have twisted every worldwide terror alert to fit their agenda, why should this one be any different?  BECAUSE, NO ONE WOULD TRUST THE POLICE!

Yesterday, the NFL announced they increased security at their stadiums due to the Paris terror attacks.

“The safety of our fans, stadium personnel, and teams at all NFL games is our priority, and security at our games is robust.  Our procedures have been certified and designated by the Department of Homeland Security since 2008 as effective anti-terrorism technology."

Sadly, there wasn't a SINGLE mention of terrorists posing as cops!

Since 2001, EVERYTIME a potential terrorist attack has threatened America there have been lock-downs, new laws implemented (for our safety) and my personal favorite "shelter-in-place".  "Shelter-in-place" is an egregious and blatant disregard of our Bill of Rights which ignores the 4th. Amendment!

According to the DHS bulletin there are seven terrorism indicators citizens should be on the lookout for.  Underneath the DHS warnings, I put my spin on what the mass-media refuses to say.

1.) Theft of first responder uniforms, credentials, equipment or vehicles;

Americans beware, that cop might be a terrorist in disguise, that uniform and police car could be fake.

2.) Possession of counterfeit first responder uniforms, credentials, or other badges, without a reasonable explanation;

Americans beware, that cop wearing a bullet-proof vest and carrying an assault rifle could be a terrorist.

3.) Suspicious use of uniforms, equipment , or vehicles, inconsistent with those in service within a particular jurisdiction, without a valid justification;

Americans beware, cops wearing suspicious unmarked uniforms that cover their names etc., and drive unmarked vehicles could be terrorists.

4.) Visible identifiers—such as phone numbers painted on vehicles or license plates that are inconsistent with an operating area or mission—that would arouse suspicion of terrorism or other criminal activity in a reasonable person;

Americans beware, police driving MRAPS, Humvees and numerous other SWAT vehicles inconsistent with a free society could be terrorists.

5.) Unusual interest in or attempted purchase of authentic service uniforms and equipment without a valid justification or credentials;

Americans beware, anyone attempting to wear tactical gear or purchase military equipment in a free society could be a terrorist.

6.) Use of official or emergency vehicles or equipment, which appear to be in a poor mechanical or cosmetic state, or which appear to be loaded beyond capacity, and would arouse suspicion of terrorism or other criminal activity in a reasonable person; and

Americans beware, an MRAP, Humvee etc., overloaded with military grade equipment (grenade launchers, machine guns) should arouse everyone's suspicion.

7.) Presence of unauthorized individuals in a restricted area—or personnel with appropriate uniforms/vehicles in unapproved areas—with no reasonable explanation.

Americans beware, law enforcement vehicles outfitted with StingRay surveillance gear, license plate readers, cameras etc. are clear indicators of terrorism.

How do we know the 911 call centers haven't been hacked and you're not talking to terrorists posing as law enforcement? This is the absurd American Police State we live in!

Your social, political and religious views are now deemed suspicious by police

The Berkley Police Review Commission in California admits DHS run Fusion Centers are tracking American's social, political and religious views!

DHS's 'Suspicious Activity Reporting' (SARs) has officially become law enforcement's new version of McCarthyism!

"McCarthyism is the practice of making accusations of subversion or treason without proper regard for evidence. It also means "the practice of making unfair allegations or using unfair investigative techniques, especially in order to restrict dissent or political criticism."

McCarthyism, sorry I meant 'Bushism' is so prevalent there are three suspicious behavior apps. citizens can use to report on their fellow Americans. They're called "Suspicious Activity Reporting", "Thats Suspicous Behavior App" and "LiveSafe" which targets college students. (Since, President Bush made up the war on terror, we might as well name it after him)

Apparently the city council and the Berkley police are the ONLY city in America that's worried about DHS's, SARs reporting. They recently voted to adopt changes to DHS's, SAR reporting.

Unfortunately the only way to view the Berkley's Police Review Commission SARs recommendations is to click here and then type in "Suspicious Activity Report".

To guard against hurting innocent people, the council voted unanimously to accept a Police Review Commission recommendation to modify Berkeley Police Department orders on Suspicious Activity Reporting in order to reinforce the precept that SARs can be filed "only if there is reasonable suspicion that the individual is involved in criminal conduct ..."

Speaking in support of the revised orders, Councilman Jesse Arreguin noted the reports' summaries that the council received from BPD a year ago appeared to have been made on the basis of "political views espoused, not necessarily on the basis of criminal activity."

Click here to see recent SARs reports from Los Angeles, California.

Here's a list of recommendations the Berkley police have adopted:

(a) "A project shall collect and maintain criminal intelligence information concerning an
individual only if there is reasonable suspicion that the individual is involved in
criminal conduct
or activity and the information is relevant to that criminal
conduct or activity."

(b) "A project shall not collect or maintain criminal intelligence information about the
political, religious or social views, associations, or activities of any individual or
any group, association, corporation, business, partnership, or other
organization
unless such information directly relates to criminal conduct or
activity and there is reasonable suspicion that the subject of the information is
or may be involved in criminal conduct or activity."

SAR reports now include Americans social, political and religious views!

"SARs must not be submitted based on ideology, social or political opinion or advocacy
or religious beliefs or association with a particular group
. Criminal activity that would not
ordinarily result in a SAR does not become worthy of a SAR report when the subject's
speech or expression indicates a particular ideological viewpoint or association."

Elliot Halpern of the Berkeley Northeast chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union found "an overwhelming amount of ethnic, religious and racial profiling" in the reports.

Gene Bernardi of the civil rights advocacy group SuperBOLD said, the modifications make "no attempt to protect our due process, free speech and privacy rights."

SARs DEFINITIONS:

7 - "Suspicious Activity: Behavior that may be indicative of intelligence gathering or preoperational
planning related to terrorism, or criminal activity. Suspicious behavior must
have a criminal predicate (defined below), and must rise to the level of reasonable
suspicion (defined below) in order to be reportable as a SAR in circumstances involving
a named or indentified individual or group."

8 - "Criminal Predicate: The standard by which the determination as to whether information
may be used to create a SAR is made in circumstances involving a named or identified
individual or group. It means that there exists a "reasonable suspicion" based on the
analysis of legally obtained information that the subject of the information is or may be
involved in definable criminal conduct and/or activity that supports, encourages, or
otherwise aids definable criminal conduct. For the purposes of this order, infraction
violations will not be considered sufficient to establish a criminal predicate. The
underlying offense must amount to a misdemeanor or felony."

9 - "Reasonable Suspicion: Information which, when viewed in its totality, leads a person
with appropriate training, specialized knowledge, and/or experience to conclude that a
person, association of persons, or organization is involved in definable criminal conduct
and/or activity that supports, encourages, or otherwise aids definable criminal conduct."

Photography is still deemed suspicious by police:

"Taking pictures or video of facilities, buildings, or infrastructure in a manner that would arouse suspicion in a reasonable person."

Why is photography still deemed suspicious?

"Examples include taking pictures or video of infrequently used access points, personnel performing security functions (patrols, badge/vehicle checking), security-related equipment (perimeter fencing, security cameras), etc."

What they're really saying is, police consider anyone taking pictures of anything our government deems off-limits to be SUSPICIOUS. Unfortunately, the only way law enforcement can determine that, is by looking at your pictures without a warrant!

Any history buff would immediately recognize this tragic question from the McCarthy era...

"Are you now, or have you ever been, a member of the Communist party?"

Change that to American policing today...

Are you now a terrorist? Have you ever been a member of the Taliban, Al Qaeda, Isis, Al-Shabaab or Boko Haram?

What everyone should be asking is, why has only ONE city council and ONE police department in the country taken a stand against DHS's, SARs reporting?

Why are police across the country reporting American's social, political and religious views to Fusion Centers?

For more information about how our government is using FEAR to support the war on terror read: "Terrorism and the Politics of Fear" by David Altheide.

Walmart and other stores use facial recognition to spy on you

As early as 2013, Walmart and Facebook announced their plans to begin using facial software on everyone.

According to a Fortune.com article, Walmart tested a facial recognition system that scanned the face of everyone entering several of its stores this year. The system would identify people of interest and alert security but it proved too costly.

Chris Calabrese at the Center for Democracy and Technology warns...

"Anywhere that has a camera could end up employing face recognition technology."

Walmart like many retailers uses Bosch's Dinion and Flexidome camera systems:

"The Dinion and Flexidome HDR cameras use state-of the-art Intelligent Video Analysis software (IVA) to detect objects of importance and track their movements. To take further advantage of IVA, a special mode called intelligent auto exposure (iAE) can be enabled in the camera. When this is used, the camera detects important objects such as faces, people and vehicles and then dynamically re-tunes its imaging settings to ensure the most useful, highly detailed image is captured."

Bosch's surveillance cameras track customers from the moment they enter the parking lot and throughout the store:

"In video surveillance, moving objects are usually the most significant objects of interest. Intelligent Tracking automatically tracks moving objects based on predefined alarm rules or a simple click."

Another Bosch IVA video boasts how operators don't need to watch all the surveillance footage because their 'intelligent system' can identify people, cars and objects.

Fortune magazine asked retailers if they used facial recognition and received a response one would expect from law enforcement.

"Home Depot says it does not use face scanning software. Walgreens says it has no contract with FaceFirst, and added it does not discuss specific security measures. Target, meanwhile, would not confirm or deny if the company uses the software."

"The only company that acknowledged using the software was Walmart. According to a spokesperson, the retailer tested facial recognition software in stores across several states for several months, but then discontinued the practice earlier this year."

It's as though retailers took a page out of lying James Clapper's NSA handbook, when he claimed they don't knowingly spy on everyone.

It's not just retailers that are spying on everyone, public transportation commuters are being spied on billions of times a year.

According to Computer Weekly only 30% of retailers admit to using facial recognition software!

"Around 30% of retailers use facial recognition technology to track customers in-store, according to research by software firm CSC."

"The study found 74% of shops are using technology to track customers when they are in the store."

Retailers are also using FaceFirst a facial recognition software company to spy on customers.

FaceFirst claims retailers can identify the 'bad guys' before they enter their stores.

But who are the 'bad guys'?

'Retailers are building a database of good customers and can recognize them when they come through the door.'

'Retailers have the technology to identify anyone and instantly alert security if they should let them in.'

FaceFirst's website describes in greater detail how they can send descriptive alerts to security when pre-identified shoplifters walk through any door at any store. They also claim to have the ability to identify litigious individuals.

"Just load existing photos of your known shoplifters, members of organized retail crime syndicates, persons of interest, and your best customers into FaceFirst. Instantly, when a person in your FaceFirst database steps into one of your stores, you are sent an email, text, or SMS alert that includes their picture and all biographical information of the known individual so you can take immediate and appropriate action."

You can bet this technology is being used by police to identify activists EVERYWHERE!

Two more facial recognition companies target VIP's and the hospitality industry...

NEC's, VIP recognition software in use in hotels, casino's etc,, can identify people in less than a second!

"NEC’s VIP identification application is ideally suited to hospitality environments or businesses where there is a need to identify the presence of important visitors, whether expected or unannounced."

Face-Six is another facial recognition company being used by law enforcement, hotels, casinos etc.

If all else fails and security can't identify you, don't worry there's a couple of new apps they can use.

Security can take your picture and identify you using the NameTag app. or FacialNetwork.com which claims to be the world’s most advanced facial recognition platform.

How long have police been able to identify and spy on specific individuals?

Unfortunately, it's not just retailers that are spying on everyone, now you can include places of worship.

Earlier this year, I reported how churches are using facial recognition software to spy on members.
Spying in churches has become so bad, they're PAYING the government a $100.00 a MONTH to spy on members!

Soon retailers will demand customers submit to having a picture taken of their face to verify their identity.

The prototype camera is called called Ped Cam, which stands for 'Pin Entry Device Camera', which uses an upward-facing camera to identify cutomers

“PED Cam” (Pin Entry Device Camera) a prototype device developed by Worldpay, uses an upward-facing camera, embedded into a standard card terminal to take a picture of the card-user whenever they enter their PIN. The resulting image generates a unique biometric template, linked to the individual’s card and is stored in a secure, central database managed by Worldpay."

(Updated) DHS/Police are paying school kids to spy on classmates

Apparently DHS's "If You See Something Say Something" spying program isn't enough. Now DHS/Police want to turn school kids into spies.

Updated: 11/11:

The Missouri University Police Department (MUPD) asked students to report ‘hurtful speech.’

The MUPD sent an email to students yesterday morning urging them to call them and report any hurtful speech they encounter on the campus. Click here to see MUPD's report a student link.

The MUPD email asked “individuals who witness incidents of hateful and/or hurtful speech or actions” to call the department’s general phone line “to continue to ensure that the University of Missouri campus remains safe.” They suggest that students provide a detailed description of the offender, their location or license plate number, and even to take a picture if possible.

Schools and campuses will RECEIVE $3,000 from PSC for EVERY actionable tip DHS/Police receive:

"Now the Crime Stoppers program is awarding tip matching donations up to $3,000 per individual student council for supporting and promoting Project Safe Campus in their schools".

This is an incredibly dangerous program, A school or university that has budgetary issues will now receive $3,000 for every student they report to DHS/ Police!

Watch ex- NBA player and PSC spokesman Willie Burton describe their plans to expand to colleges on "Street Beat" a local Detroit television show. (interview starts at approx. 6:30). Fyi, Burton went to high school in Detroit.

The PSC program is funded by "Crime Stoppers" which is run by DHS. A 'Crime Stoppers and Homeland Security' search returned 108,000 hits. Crime Stoppers is in EVERY police department in the country and will soon be in every school.

DHS is using a clueless ex-NBA player and former Michigan resident to start a new nationwide student spying program, all in the name of SAFETY.

The DHS student spying program goes by a few of different names:

1.) The Louisiana Safe Schools program pays students $2,500 to spy on their classmates.
2.) The Laredo, Texas's Campus Crime Stoppers program pays students $1,000 to spy on their classmates
3.) Michigan's "Fast Fifty" pays students $50.00 to spy on their classmates.

Isn't it interesting these spy programs, got their start in areas where unemployment is high and  incomes are low? Why would DHS/Police target low-income areas like Louisiana, Michigan and Laredo,Texas?  Unemployed students eager to make some quick cash, now have an incentive to turn in their friends and family for a "fast fifty" or more.

Who in their right mind, thinks it's a good idea to pay kids and schools to spy on students?  Where does it stop? The 'Greatest Generation' fought to stop Nazi Germany which turned their school kids into spies.  After WW2 Americans fought against the USSR which also turned their school kids into spies.

Have we learned nothing?

Who stands to profit from this brazen spy for-profit scheme? If you guessed DHS and private stakeholders (companies) give yourself a gold star:

“We know that we cannot do this work alone. That’s why we have expanded our collaboration with key stakeholders not only within the DPS family – including our own police officers, citizen patrollers, academic team, principals, staff, parents, students and our contracted security officers – but among outside partners and police agencies,” said Police Chief Stacy Brackens.

The U.S. Dept. of Education (USDOE) and the Michigan DOE are also using a Restorative Practices program which claims to reduce crime, improve student behavior, restore relationships etc.

Students everywhere will soon be indoctrinated by our governments' Office of Special Education program called "Positive Behavior Intervention."

"The purpose of the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports Implementation Blueprint is to guide leadership teams in the assessment, development, and execution of action plans."

Still doubt this is being implemented throughout the country?

Government propaganda teams, sorry I meant Behavioral Intervention Teams are already in K – 12 Schools, Colleges and Universities, and Corporations/Organizations!

Click here to view their "School Climate Transformation Grants" section, which boasts about being in 12 states and 71 school districts.

These so-called 'specialists' who decide whether a kid needs more government or police intervention could have undergone only 5 hours of training! It takes anywhere from 5 hours to two days and sometimes up to four days to become a behavioral specialist! Click here to read more.

Below is a list of positive 'Behavioral Interventions and Supports' (PBIS) core principles:

1.) We can effectively teach appropriate behavior to all children. All PBIS practices are founded on the assumption and belief that all children can exhibit appropriate behavior. As a result, it is our responsibility to identify the contextual setting events and environmental conditions that enable exhibition of appropriate behavior. We then must determine the means and systems to provide those resources.

What they're really saying is, putting your kids in government schools is no longer about education, its about INDOCTRINATION!  This is eerily reminiscent of Nazi Germany who kidnapped over 200,000 children and indoctrinated them.

2.) Intervene early. It is best practices to intervene before targeted behaviors occur. If we intervene before problematic behaviors escalate, the interventions are much more manageable. Highly effective universal interventions in the early stages of implementation which are informed by time sensitive continuous progress monitoring, enjoy strong empirical support for their effectiveness with at-risk students.

What they're really saying is, the police will intervene and monitor EVERY student! Click here & here to read more.

3.) Use of a multi-tier model of service delivery. PBIS uses an efficient, needs-driven resource deployment system to match behavioral resources with student need. To achieve high rates of student success for all students, instruction in the schools must be differentiated in both nature and intensity. To efficiently differentiate behavioral instruction for all students. PBIS uses tiered models of service delivery.

What they're really saying is, it's up to the government to decide which type of behavioral instruction each student will receive!

4.) Use research-based, scientifically validated interventions to the extent available. No Child Left Behind requires the use of scientifically based curricula and interventions. The purpose of this requirement is to ensure that students are exposed to curriculum and teaching that has demonstrated effectiveness for the type of student and the setting. Research-based, scientifically validated interventions provide our best opportunity at implementing strategies that will be effective for a large majority of students.

This is an incredibly misleading and false statement. First off, the "No Child Left Behind" has no scientific validity and has many problems. Secondly, not a single 'scientific intervention' has ever been proven to be 100% effective.

5.) Monitor student progress to inform interventions. The only method to determine if a student is improving is to monitor the student's progress. The use of assessments that can be collected frequently and that are sensitive to small changes in student behavior is recommended. Determining the effectiveness (or lack of) an intervention early is important to maximize the impact of that intervention for the student.

What they're really saying is, the gov't is frequently assessing every student.

6.) Use data to make decisions. A data-based decision regarding student response to the interventions is central to PBIS practices. Decisions in PBIS practices are based on professional judgment informed directly by student office discipline referral data and performance data. This principle requires that ongoing data collection systems are in place and that resulting data are used to make informed behavioral intervention planning decisions.

What they're really saying is, our gov't is using student data to assess everyone!

7.) Use assessment for three different purposes. In PBIS, three types of assessments are used: 1) screening of data comparison per day per month for total office discipline referrals, 2) diagnostic determination of data by time of day, problem behavior, and location and 3) progress monitoring to determine if the behavioral interventions are producing the desired effects.

What they're really saying is, every interaction a student has ever had with teachers, police etc., is being recorded.

Students are being given assessments from kindergarten-college

Every student is given a "THREAT ASSESSMENT" by police and school administrators.

"The Virginia Student Threat Assessment Guidelines (V-STAG) is a school-based manualized process designed to help school administrators, mental health staff, and law enforcement officers assess and respond to threat incidents involving students in kindergarten through 12th grade and prevent student violence."

V-STAG was developed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Secret Service, and the U.S. Department of Education.

For more info. about students being given threat assessments read:

"American students are given threat assessments".

Police claim forcing people to submit their DNA will help reunite families

The American Police State has become a monster.

Police across the country are forcing motorists to give them blood, saliva (DNA) and much worse.

The National Highway Safety Administration, the agency that funds “No Refusal” DUI checkpoints and forcible blood draws, is also funding nationwide roadblocks that provide police with “voluntary” DNA samples.

Presently, there are 28 states that force motorists to give police their DNA regardless of whether they've been convicted of a crime.

Police State America admits, Illinois cop committed a 'carefully staged suicide' after collecting DNA samples from 100 innocent people...

"Officer Charles Gliniewicz's death on Sept. 1 set off a large manhunt, with hundreds of officers searching houses, cabins and even boats on area lakes. Helicopters with heat-sensing scanners and K-9 units scoured the area for days."

"More than 100 people submitted to DNA tests as investigators sought matches to evidence collected at the crime scene — genetic tests that Filenko said ultimately found nothing. Asked Wednesday whether that evidence will now be destroyed,  Lake County Major Crimes Task Force Commander GeorgeFilenko said he didn't know."

If they knew it was a suicide from day one, why did they coerce (force) 100 people into submitting their DNA?

Police claim forcing people to submit their DNA will help reunite families...

According to a DHS article titled "Bringing a New Biometric Capability to Verify Families Separated by Crisis".  Law enforcement claims that forcing people to submit their DNA is a public service and will be used to reunite families trust them...

"Following a crisis, families can often find themselves separated. With the help of first responders and law enforcement, these families have a better chance of being reunited with their loved ones."

Responders have often used DNA to make familial connections, but the process typically takes multiple days to process in a forensics laboratory and can take up to a few months to get the results,” explained S&T Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA) Resilient Systems Division (RSD) Program Manager Chris Miles. “The Rapid DNA technology can be used in the field to confirm kinship between a parent and a child with 99.5 percent likelihood of relationship in 90 minutes.”

Soon minimally trained police will detain a suspicious person who refuses to identify themselves, hold them for 90 minutes and will know with 95% certainty who they are and who they're related too!

“This is an extremely valuable tool that allows for officers and responders to inform families about the loss of a loved one or reunite parents and children in real time, while distinguishing from fraudulent claims. The added benefit is that it is fast, requires minimal training, and it can be used in a variety of operational settings” said Miles.

Law enforcement admits, it's about identifying people in a mere 90 minutes with 95% accuracy...

"Having the ability to directly upload a profile into the national database from a Rapid DNA system provides laboratories with an excellent option for turning results around quickly," commented Gray Amick, Ph.D., DNA Technical Leader at Richland County Sheriff's Department.

Police will be able to identify an arrestee before the booking process is completed...

"The goal of the FBI’s Rapid DNA initiative is to develop commercial instruments capable of producing a CODIS-compatible DNA profile within two hours and to integrate those instruments effectively within the existing CODIS structure to search unsolved crimes while an arrestee is in police custody during the booking process."

Rapid DNA is so lucrative police departments are hiring DNA technical analysts. Here's a few examples Gray Amick, Jessica Charak, Sarah Lewis. To find out more about DNA mapping read the GenomeWeb trade magazine.

DHS claims they developed Rapid DNA, but the FBI started Rapid DNA back in 2010.

"The FBI established a Rapid DNA Program Office in 2010 to direct the development and integration of Rapid DNA technology for use by law enforcement."

Last month I warned everyone that Google the NSA & DHS are creating a global DNA database.

Google, the NSA and DHS are using "front companies" to create a global DNA database!

“On the heels of our AncestryHealth launch and our one million genotyped customers milestone for AncestryDNA, we’re excited to announce this collaboration with Calico to research and develop life changing solutions,” said Ken Chahine, Executive Vice President and Head of DNA and Health. “We have laid the groundwork for this effort through the combination of an unmatched family history database, one of the fastest growing genetic databases..."

Three private companies NetBio, IntegenX and GE have been making huge profits helping the FBI/DHS creating a worldwide DNA database.

Microsoft is working with NetBio and law enforcement to create a global DNA database:

.NET Bio is formerly the Microsoft Biology Foundation. ".NET Bio (formerly Microsoft Biology Foundation [MBF]) is a language-neutral bioinformatics toolkit built as an extension to the Microsoft .NET Framework—initially aimed at the area of Genomics research."

Also Microsoft provides the computational tools used to create Rapid DNA. Nancy Stainton works for IntegenX and is a senior Microsoft developer.

IntegenX boasts how they're the "global market leader for Rapid Human DNA identification."

IntegenX also has a law enforcement program which trains cops on how to use Rapid DNA. Michael Fabozzi a former NYPD detective was a Director of Law Enforcement Programs at IntegenX. Click here to read more about law enforcement's Rapid DNA program.

IntegenX has a website dedicated to helping police get cash, sorry I meant DHS grants to purchase Rapid DNA! IntegenX also trains cops in grant writing and if police are having trouble writing a grant proposal IntegenX offers them discounted grant writing service!

Police across the country are using a website called POLICEGRANTSHELP.COM to get anything they want.

Welcome to the grants assistance program on PoliceGrantsHelp.com. This program will assist you in developing a successful grant application for RapidHIT Rapid DNA System. Whether you're just starting your grant project or need to add the final touches, our staff of grant consultants has teamed up with IntegenX to assemble a comprehensive package of helpful resources specific to Rapid DNA Analysis, including:

Online grant writing training

Grant alerts

In 2014, Morpho (Safran) partnered with IntegenX to profit off of a global DNA database...

"Morpho will partner with IntegenX to market its RapidHIT System to law enforcement and government agencies in select countries around the world."

IntengenX has already created a DNA database in the UK:

Collecting arrestees DNA is not about PUBLIC SAFETY!

"RapidHIT is a fully automated system that generates DNA profiles from reference samples. It can be used in laboratories, police stations or directly at the crime scene. The RapidHIT System is the first rapid DNA technology to use an FBI-approved chemistry, enabling the upload of DNA profiles to the National DNA Index System (NDIS)."

GE, markets their Rapid DNA to police and healthcare providers...

"GE Healthcare offers a broad portfolio of products to support the forensics and law enforcement communities Including sample collection kits and cards and Rapid DNA analysis instrumentation."

For more info. read GE's "DNAscan Rapid DNA Analysis System - Fast , reliable DNA results processed in your booking station."

Click here to see how police are using numerous biometric gadgets like mobile fingerprinting, etc.

A recent study in the American Journal of Human Genetics called “Privacy Risks from Genomic Data-Sharing Beacons” showed that DNA data could be used to identify individuals — removing names isn't enough when DNA itself can serve as a fingerprint for a person. That means that personal information might be accessible to cops or anyone!
