Don't like the new homescreen i don't like the new homescreen. The old one with all the moods/activities listed across the top was the best. Now I have to scroll down to find them placed in between different artist recommendations that I don't care about. Very annoying. The old way was so much better and condensed

Great family plan Love the app and using it with Google home. I love the family plan. 14.99 for 6 people is awesome. The other people on your plan also get to make their own playlist and music choices. They don't see anyone elses or yours. Love Google music

Could be better The app is good but could use improvements. For instance, on mobile, it would be convenient if I can edit album art, artist, and albim info. Also, there should be an option to upload individual songs from a folder as opposed to autosyncing. Don't get me wrong, autosync is a great feature; however, I'm the type who likes to place only certain songs in a player as opposed to the whole album. If I previously deleted a song sourced from Dropbox, there should be an option to reupload it w/o deleting everything.

This is fantastic until you see how much data it chews through compared to its competitors I love everything about this app more than Spotify or other alternatives, and tried to make the switch. The overall value is much better. But, in practice, the sheer amount of data it uses while streaming puts itself in the grave. Even on the lowest quality settings, it ate through roughly as much data as Spotify goes through in two weeks in a single day. This is with similar usage. See for yourself. If they fix this craziness they will certainly have me switching, but until then I will stick with Spotify.

Looks a lot better than when i first got it about 2 yrs ago. I like an app thats easy to use and looks great as well. I can honestly say there 2 for 2. The app i once had at a 1 star is now a 4 star. As we all know theres always room for improvement. Not saying it need it now but apps get old quick so well see

Update: I was very upset that GPM wouldn't use my sd card. Now it does. Everything under the (nearly) and the ability to save whatever i want, for driving. Lots of spoken word as well; I've been listening to old lectures by Joseph Campbell lately! Google is good at providing a useful service and getting out of the way.

Great and simple source of music I've been subscribed for a few weeks now and I'm satisfied with the selection and ease of use. My only complaint is that, unlike say Spotify, your custom radio doesn't really cater to you. When you launch the app, you can select genres and artists you like, and that's the extent to which this service gets to know you. I'd like to see my taste reflected beyond the artists I chose at sign-up. Also, a minor grievance, but the 2x2 widget no longer is a square! I loved that square!

To Dev's Thanks for develop such a nice music application. I really liked this application. However just 1 thing i found missing is the equalizer. Okay we have the stock android equalizer but they are not good enough to provide the best audio quality. Why don't you try to add some customised equalizer like poweramp application, i.e., pure deep bass and treble.

Terrific Entertainment The best app ive installed in my phone i absolutely love it. Its awesome, super fun, entertaining and ive spent so much of my time using this app that im going insane with tons of terrific fun . Ive met new people and got in touch with family members that i havent seen in years. I suggest this app should be installed to every phone. There are no adds or bug's its totally great. You must try it

Very nice I like it because it gives you the option to stream or download so you can listen when streaming would not work or drive up your 4G usage. The interface is decent if not perfect for me. The only complaint I have is that lately it will just start playing music when the app isn't even running.

Great until i got a galaxy s5 neo Love the app it has been great but since i switched phones to a galaxy s5 neo. Songs constantly stop playing and giving me an error even on downloaded only. It says things like cant find the stream you requested and music playback error. I have been using it for years and it worked great on my s3 and lg g3. Never had this problem until now and cant find a fix anywhere. Some songs play just fine. Kinda pissed considering im paying basically 10 bucks a month for the download and saving feature.

Great Best way to listen to music, especially on mobile. Very easy to upload my own music and download music to my phone. However, in recent updates there have been some issues. I don't like that my recents only show up when I'm not in downloaded only and that you have to press an extra button to navigate to it. I've also recently noticed a bug where it doesn't show up in my open apps like it should. This isn't a huge issue but it's mildly annoying and I figured someone should hear about it.

A few issues If I'm streaming a station with good music it'll start a song then itll randomly skip to new a song. Like man i liked that song u skipped and then it will suddenly just stop playing songs all together. The app doesn't stop it just stops playing music. I would subscribe but I can't deal with music skipping to new to song when one song is already playing. And the add thing. I don't mind the adds but sometimes it'll say music will restart shortly but NEVER DOES even if I restart the app. Please fix.

Keeps messing up When I edit my playlist on my computer (add songs to it) the new songs won't download to my phone and it refuses to play the new songs and just jumps to the beginning of the playlist. When I went to listen to my playlist today google play decided to duplicate every song in my playlist so I now have to go through and deleter every duplicate. If the bugs were to be worked out then I would rate this app 5 stars

Doesn't work well I do like the radio aspect of it but almost every time I use it, the station loads 3 songs and plays them over and over. This happens on my wifi and off the WiFi. I wish there was a feature to delete some stations that may not have been a favorite so that those songs don't automatically get saved to your library.

If you're in the mood for just 2 songs... 2 songs...then it stops...and this is on a Google phone, the Pixel. Pretty much rubbish at the moment. Hopefully they will get it sorted out and I can up the rating to 3, maybe even 4, stars. It will never likely hit 5 stars, however, as GPM in no way compares to the Songza app from which it sprang. You could easily feel the passion for the music with the Songza app. With the GPM app, it's just a corporation doing what corps do - take over something fantastic and promptly take the fantastic out.

Love it! Love this app no matter what people say. If it eats up too much of your data it's because it comes pre set to cache and download music automatically. Just a small tweak of the settings and it uses up as much data as any normal music streaming app would. I've been using Google services since I was a kid and mostly everything is free so supporting Google by paying for their music service is the logical choice for me. Love the Google ecosystem!!

Used to be good I'm done. I understand google is here to sell advertising and make money. I get that, I can not help but get that when I search for one song that I own and it shows me 4 unreleated radio stations and hides my song off screen. What Google does not get is that most of us pay for data. These plans are limited and streaming eats into them. I have my entire library on SD and use playlists. Put an off button in here with relation to the radio stations and we can talk.

Garbage app Won't play anything, just skips to the next song but never actually plays. When I choose a radio it says it can't load the radio. Using Spotify/Amazon/Pandora just fine, this one definitely comes in last for usability. Day 1 into a free trial and already going to cancel. Spotify is on more devices for the same price so I'll just stick with them, at least their app works.

Decent It's okay... it misses a lot of features that could make it a better music player. 1. Add a reverse and forward to skim through or to reverse through a song along with the skip and restart/previous song buttons. 2. Ability to change album art, artists names, and song names from the app. 3. Lock screen controls are bland and boring with the gray. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: upgrade the design the home page is beautiful but everything else is boring make it look better like Spotify, make it physically attractive!!!
