Absolutely horrendous customer service. And this is coming from a person who loves other Google products (Google contributor and a AdSense and GSuite user). It has taken about a dozen phone calls and and a few email responses and google is not yet able to tell me what the problem with my page is and why it cannot go live after verification. Sadly the customer service has been dismal and hence I am forced to write this review.

I can't add my business because I can't go past the field where I have to add Suburb, no matter what I write it keeps saying I can't leave the field empty. CAN WE PLEASE GET SOME HELP OVER HERE!!# I think they are dead. Uninstall this rubbish.

Can't get it to work. I put in all my info and it tells me to download the app, and there's no way off that screen. If I open the app again, it says I've chosen an account with no business. I've tried several times now and get the same result every time.

We have 4 shops and some how they have all been mixed up, photos, reviews and so on. Now we don't trust it, we have spent several years using it. My flag ship shop now doesn't even show on the maps :-(

I have done everything..verification is also done..my my shop's icon is not showing in maps,its just showing when i m searching my shop name from different phones.,even i fully zoomed at that place, but icon didnt come..please help

I am a registered manager for my husband's business and the app states that " you chose a Google account that does not manage any businesses." Login with my husband's info, same thing. Terrible app

The app gets crashed the moment I open it, don't know the reason. Probably this issue is momentary but get it rectified asap !! I use galaxy s5 !!
