Students training towards their Black Belt are looking for maximum success with their career, finances, health, community, relationships and family. Students attain a high level of meaning in their lives, because every thought and action has a purpose and is in harmony with their goals. The high level application of martial arts starts with greater mental and physical awareness, continues with control over your mind and body and culminates with the self mastery that allows full freedom to direct your life. We teach a systematic program that uses traditional martial arts training to help people enjoy a high quality of life. Our team of dedicated Instructors have decades of experience in traditional martial arts training for all levels. We hope to see you soon at one of our locations. Our training program incorporates learning both external and internal martial arts styles which allows our students the opportunity to combine their knowledge and training into a powerful tool that results in mental, physical and spiritual fulfillment. The styles that we teach: Kong Su (Taekwondo/Karate), Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Yudo (Judo), Traditional Asian Weapons, Bagua Zhang and Samurai Sword. We also teach self defense skills against punches, kicks and common grabs along with situational awareness skills and fundamental self defense laws (what to do before, during and after an altercation). An important component in our mission is to create a sense of community and peer support at our schools. When you step into one of our schools, you will immediately notice a positive and welcoming environment. We believe that we all learn from one another and grow together. It is our belief that passing on our knowledge will have an everlasting positive affect on our students and our communities.
