The styles that we teach: Kong Su (Taekwondo/Karate), Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Yudo (Judo), Traditional Asian Weapons, Bagua Zhang and Samurai Sword. We also teach self defense skills against punches, kicks and common grabs along with situational awareness skills and fundamental self defense laws (what to do before, during and after an altercation).
