Page 1 Books has been in business since 1981 - this is our 35th year!

We are a local, independently owned and operated bookstore. We offer new and used books to our customers, as well as magazines, greeting cards, and gifts.

What sets Page 1 Books apart from other stores is that we are Book Enthusiasts. If you're having difficulty selecting a book, talk to our staff. We LOVE talking about books!

Come on in and pass a few hours in our store. We have lots of books to choose from in every category, from YA to Eastern & Western Philosophy, Cookbooks to History, Art, Mysteries or Science Fiction.

If we don't have what you're looking for in stock, talk to us and we'll see if we can get it for you. (Please note: we are happy to order new copies of books, but we are unable to order used books. The good news is that we are constantly buying in used books for our shelves, so keep checking with us and you might be in luck!)

Page 1 Books Hours of Operation

Monday - Thursday: 9am-8pm
Friday & Saturday: 9am-9pm
Sunday: 10am-7pm

Buying Counter: Daily, 10am-5pm

Ordering via Phone:
We will gladly take your order over the phone. You can also reserve books over the phone, and we generally hold books for you for a period of 48 hours. We frequently special order books for our customers - if it is available, we will make every effort to find your book, if we do not have it in stock.

Note on Web Prices:
Our online store listings do not represent what we have on hand in the store, nor does it include our used offerings. For details on what we have used or in stock, please give us a call at 505-294-2026. However, the items listed on our www.abe.com (our used and rare books) are available on-site in our Antiquarian Room.
